Done Rite Delivery

Well Ted Orta started off nice the first phone call the day before(I needed to call him) but the next day was wow, what a change, bad attitude when I couldn't reschedule my appt. which had been set for a week, So, later he calls and lets me know the guys will be a couple of minutes before scheduled time, well that didn't happen, they were late, I called Ted O. and wow, surprise he didn't answer, I left him a message and no returned call. When the other guys (not Ted) came the only good thing was James, that guy hustled to set up the sofa and was nice. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Does not know how to run a business.

He is really nice. We're getting on in years. We've done business with him for about seven years. He is very professional. He is great, just people you can really count on. He charges $75. He comes when he says he is going to come. They'll take on anything, problem solve and get it done. He is good about returning calls. He is good about getting ahold off. He is easy to get ahold off. He will do appliances, furniture, sports and fitness equipment, anything. He is insured and is independently owned and operated. I really admire people who start businesses that fill in gaps and make a living out of it.

Ted Orta, owner was very responsible in communicating to me numerous times to coordinate this delivery of my vintage bedroom set.
Prior to the pickup date, Done-Rite Delivery went to store to review items that I needed picked up and brought to my home. Upon delivery they set up all my furniture as requested at no additional price. This whole transaction was done efficiently and promptly as agreed.

They have been in business for a while. They are a really great delivery service. His name is Ted Orta. I got their name from a company I did business with. This was before I moved here. I needed someone to pick up something from one of their stores and deliver it. Done Rite will deliver it and set it up in your home. I had them out again when I bought a treadmill direct from the fitness equipment company. I didn't pay for the set-up. I got the UPS guy who delivered it to bring it in my garage because sometimes they will just curbside it. I called Ted and I asked him if he could put together the treadmill for me and he said he could. He was very reasonable and they did a wonderful job. He and another guy came out. He is insured and the company is independently owned and operated. I usually don't use anybody unless they have been referred. I just don't go through the telephone book. I am pretty particular about who I use. The 2 times I used them when I called them and left a message, they called me right back. When I made an appointment with them, they were on time and they were ready to do what they said they were going to do. They picked up when they said they were going to be there to pick up and they delivered when they said they were going to deliver. The time I had them pick up the furniture, they picked up the furniture from the furniture company and they brought it to my house, put it together, and set it up in a timely fashion. They knew what they were doing and they had the proper equipment. They didn't have to borrow anything from me. They were very reasonably priced. I was amazed. The second time I used them, they arrived when they said they would arrive. They came prepared and had the right equipment. They got right to it. They took the treadmill to the bedroom where I wanted it and they set it up. It took them a little while to put it together but it wasn't terribly long. They didn't bang my walls or do anything like that. They set it up pretty quickly. They charged me what I thought was a very reasonable amount. They were very courteous and very clean. I was very happy with them.
