The work went very well. The salesperson was very efficient. They did everything they said they would do. The installers arrived on time, completed the task, and did a good job.

The man came out, looked at the measurement and said he was going to call me back in a couple of days and he never called me back. I even called their office and they still didn't call me back. I also left a message for him and he didn't respond. They never ever got back to me. They never came and I didn't have to deal with them so I don't know about their punctuality. He was really nice at first, I was very happy and that's why I was very surprised when he never got back to me. When he was here he was professional, but overall that's not professional for him not to call back.

CRT Flooring Concepts did a good job on our tile. I was very happy with the quality of work that they did. They made the tile look perfect as all the tiles were even & neat. I am not real sure of the price however I do feel that they were very reasonable.
