Very good, they came in same day and repair he had all of the parts took some hour to fixed it. I had a service agreement with them so whatever happens they are the one who's gonna come out.

After checking each of the three units, he gave me a thorough and honest report on the condition of the systems, recognizing that I am new to San Antonio. I'm very happy with them. I've used for over 20 years. They're reliable, come on-time, call before they come and are honest. I get a maintenance agreement with them so it makes it reasonable.

On June 21, 2016 County Wide Service Company visited my home to inspect why my downstairs air conditioner was not working. The tech stated he needed to repair a part in the attic and the compressor was low on Freon (R-22). I received two receipts. One for the Freon that stated "recharge and test" along with "none" placed by a box that says "warranty." The receipt also has a paragraph regarding "Limited Warranty" that says, in part, "defects resulting solely from services or installations performed by County Wide Service Co. which occur within 90 days from the date shown above will be repaired by County Wide Service Co. without any additional charge for labor unless otherwise described on invoice." The charge for the service was $435.00. Another receipt was provided for the part replacement and the charge was $137.00. On September 3, 2016 County Wide Service Co. returned because the downstairs air conditioning was not working and there was condensation below the condensor outside. The tech stated the system was frozen and needed freon. He did a leak test for $125 and it indicated the coil was leaking freon. I spoke with service mgr for County Wide today (9/6/16) requesting refund of the $425 stating the tech should have offered to check for a freon leak back in June and I said I would not have invested $425 in freon if I knew I would need to replace my coil. The mgr said he would subtract the amount from the estimate for the coil or new unit. I said I did not want to use County Wide and wanted the refund. He said he would research my issue in more detail and call me back. He did three days later and said they will refund me $214 but challenged me regarding my complaint. I had the entire unit replaced by another contractor for more than half what County Wide quoted me ($8,700). Again, I would not have had the freon installed if I knew my coil was leaking freon knowing I would have to expend another $400 or more to replace the freon in less than 3 months.. I would have had the coil replaced or the entire a/c unit replaced. I feel the company was negligent in not offering a leak check when they knew my unit was 3 pounds low. I received quotes from two other vendors for new units which were thousands of dollars below what County Wide Service Co. provided to me. County Wide Service Company charges exorbitant prices for their work compared to some other companies.

Worked hard to track down the part we needed!

I never leave a review unless it's an A. Replaced A/C after 22 yrs of having my original. Gave me many options dealing with the efficiency power size price. I chose one of the top line. Previously this company had serviced my A/c and heating for the last 10 yrs, Inspecting it twice a year. Two times they gave me options in lieu of purchasing a new A/C. They gave me the Pros and Cons of fixing it vs buying a new one. They told me this may or may not help. Both times it prolonged the A/C, costing me $500.00 and $300.00 respectively. I continue to have them as a provider. Highly recommended.

I called first thing in the morning after a hot, hot, miserable, sweaty night in spite of 2 fans blowing directly on me. A/C down!!!!! Didn't think they'd be open before 8 a.m. but they were ready to make an appointment for me when I called at 7:12 a.m!! Got a return call at 7:50 a.m. to inform me that a technician was on his way. He arrived within 15 minutes. It is now 2 hours later and my husband and I are two happy, "cool" campers, thanks to Country Wide and Primo, our technician. BTW, great name Primo! Your professionalism, courtesy and ability to "get 'er done" makes you #1 in our books indeed!!!!! I am definitely calling County Wide and requesting Primo for future maintenance and repair needs. .It was $149 for each house because it's under contract.The price was not good originally, but they called us back and said it's been an error on it, and they fixed one of them by a considerable amount. Quality worked out fine. Well, we've used them for a number of years, and they took care of a little problem we were having, they took care of it. It worked out good.

Appointment was fine, came early but waited until I was ready for him.

It went well working around weather, City Inspector was impressed with duct work installation, and the use of wire mold on control cable inside and outside. Rulers were install throughout attic to verify blown insulation depth. Company provided drawings of work to be completed. Company provided rebate paperwork for CPS.

I trust them and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Their prices were better than the rest. They have been in business for a long time and they are reputable and trustworthy. When my A/C goes out I will call them to replace it. The one guy that came out was professional and friendly.

We were given 0% interest on our monthly payments, so they helped us with that. Their service plan is great and they always come through when we need maintenance.
