COMPANION KEEPERS CAT SITTING

Companion Keepers is so thorough in their care for our cats, and so loving, that we never worry about our pets while we are traveling. I can't way enough about how wonderful they are! We always come home to happy, well cared for, cats!

I cannot say enough good things about Companion Keepers Cat Sitting. It is the best cat sitting service I have had. I travel extensively and Leah and Rosemary are always willing to come in, even when I make a late hour request. They love animals and it shows in everything they do. They send me pictures of my cats (Rosemary is also a superb photographer) and leave a little "cat diary" for me to review when I return. Recently one of my beloved cats passed away after providing me with more than 15 years of companionship. Rosemary had taken beautiful photographs of him and she got them printed and brought me several copies so I could frame them. They are thoughtful, efficient, gentle, and take pride in what they do. They also take great care to ensure that the cats will be well looked after---they will ask for your travel details to make sure that they can reach you in an emergency. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!! Fabulous people, fabulous service.

Excellent. While I was not at home, my cat was taken care of. I did not have to worry about her because I knew she was in good hands. That helped me a lot. You may not wan't to give the key to your house and your pet to just anyone. After all this is Texas. I Would be happy to write Leah a recommendation letter if needed. Sandra Dillon.

Leah or Rosemary came to the house once a day. Fed the cats, cleaned the litter, fed and watered the birds outdoors, brought in mail, etc. This year, a branch came down in high wind, and Rosemary moved it out of sight so it wouldn't alert passers-by that no one was home. They also bring in the recycle or garbage bin, when we're out of town on service day. This is the third or fourth time we've used Companion Keepers after years of trying others who couldn't get in or out of the house without tripping the alarm or who insisted on tracking down the cats each time, despite our instructions to leave them alone. Before the first time, Leah met us at our home and went through a comprehensive list of questions about where things were and how we wanted things done. They send us a detailed text -- often with a picture -- each time they're at the house, so we're never left wondering how things are at home. These folks are the right combination of professional and accessible, something that's only learned over time and lots of customers. The fact that they are focused on cats makes it even better; we listen when they mention something that seems to work over a wide range of their clients. We recommend Companion Keepers without reservation for care of your cats while you're away.

The sitter is a lovely person who adores cats. She provided a service for four days and send photos of our cats over the internet while we were away. This gives us a positive feeling about the care of our cats.

This is the third time we have used Companion Keepers since November 2014. Service remains excellent. Will definitely use in the future.

Companion Keepers provides the very best in cat-sitting services. They are professional, conscientious, trustworthy, and have a true knowledge of cats. Leah would come twice a day when we were out ot town. She always strove to maintain our cat's routines in terms of medicating and feeding schedule as much as possible. She is a cat-whisperer. She loves your cats and treats them like the individuals that they are. She feeds, plays, medicates, cleans litter, and more. We always felt secure in knowing that Leah would be looking after our kitties. She will text and send photos and updates at every visit. We highly recommend Leah's services.

We've been using them for about two years and are very impressed with the level of service. Very responsive when scheduling, and always send pics and updates when they visit. Price is excellent for the service received. I would not use anyone else.

This is the second time we have used Companion Keepers and continue to be impressed with the high level of service (see December 2014 review). Rosemary visited daily on or about the same time of day establishing a routine for Franny and Zooey. Feeding and litters boxes were maintained well and she spent time giving the girls some attention. As before she brought over some new toys which are still being enjoyed. Excellent service !!!

We've been working with Companion Keepers for over a year. and are absolutely thrilled with them. We had our previous cat sitters for over 15 years, and when they retired, we joined Angie's List in order to find a new cat sitter. Until working with Companion Keepers, we never knew that a cat could actually LIKE a cat sitter, but we know our cat LOVES Leah and Rosemary. We get lots of feedback (emails with reports, photos, and sometimes little videos from Companion Keepers) while we're away, a nice written report when we arrive home, and even a note asking us to let Companion Keepers know when we've safely arrived home. Sometimes I suspect our 13-year old cat has more fun with her Companion Keepers friends than she does with us. :) One time our cat was recovering from a procedure and we had plans to go out of town. We knew she would be carefully watched and cared for while we were gone, and had no hesitations about Companion Keepers caring for her. Another time we had a water heater leak, which partially flooded our garage, and Companion Keepers handled THAT problem as if they were taking care of their own home. We are so happy we found Companion Keepers, and give them the highest recommendation.

This was our first experience with Companion Keepers, and all went well. She was very thorough on her walk-through with us before the first care period. Pet care has become interactive. Leah kept in touch while we were away with texts and photos, raising the bar for similar area services. At one point, when she had a question, she simply asked in a text. We were able to respond before she left. This clearly is a service with a lot of experience and a very thoughtful CEO.

Best cat sitting service I have ever used. We have used this company multiple times. We receive a daily update with pictures, they bring toys and also keep a daily log of how things went. I always feel comfortable that my pets are in good hands.

The cats are able to stay in their own environment, which is very important to cats as they are creatures of habit and thrive on routine. A new routine is established by Companion Keepers and they stick to it giving the cats a feeling of security. This time was like any other time, so the cats are not thrown off their schedule any more than necessary considering their people are away. The three cats are familiar with the sitter, Rosemary, who has tended them e dry time except the first. I appreciate this consistency. She feeds them, cleans litter boxes, gives fresh water and washes up dishes. This time she also had to clean up twice when one cat elf throwing up--something he always does on the carpet? She played with them, petted them, took pictures and texted us the details of each visit. She's wonderful.

The cat sitter sent daily e-mails with photos of the cats, describing the situation with them. The provider also watered my plants and did some additional care such as spraying Feliway in areas of the house to prevent one cat from spraying. Additionally, we get a written daily report when we come home. I have used this service for the past 10 years and have always been very happy with the results. I highly recommend this service.

Leah and Rosemary are the most wonderful and caring, pet caretakers. My cats love them! They are so responsible and even send emails and pictures to us while we are gone, so we can see the kitties for ourselves. They make sure the cat boxes are clean, the water and food dishes are full, and the cats are played with and happy. They also make sure any packages that may be left at the door are taken in and if you have plants that need watering, they are happy to take care of them. I highly recommend them.

Leah is awesome. We love the text updates and photos she sent each day. We enjoyed our trip fully knowing they were being well cared for. After the chores she plays with them which I know they love!

The experience was wonderful. Leah first visited our house to get acquainted with the cats as well as with my wife and I. She explained all aspects of her service and allowed us to ask any questions. We felt very comfortable that our cats would be in good hands in their own home. Leah and/or Rosemary visited our cats daily from Nov 8 to Nov 15. Each visit they cleaned the litter boxes and made sure their food and water were freshened. They spent time playing with the cats and even brought them ping pong balls and other toys to play with. During our absence the weather dropped to freezing so they made sure our air system was turned to heat and our outside faucets were left dripping. To top it off, she took pictures of the cats each day and sent us daily updates via e-mail while we were on vacation. Overall, a very good experience.

Companion Keepers is an absolutely fantastic outfit! I've been using them for a little over a year now and I never have to worry about my pets while I am away. I get updates from Leah each time she or Rosemary checks on my cats. They're prompt and professional and have more than earned my trust. I recommend them to coworkers and friends all the time.

These guys are really the best! Just moved to SA am so grateful to have found such great cat sitters. Leah and Rosemary are very good with my two cats and have also dealt well with a couple of unexpected contingencies, like AC going out while I was gone in August! Absolutely reliable and go the extra mile. Highest recommendation.

Companion Keepers took excellent care of my elderly cat Zoe, for 5 days. After meeting Leah several weeks before we left for vacation, I had "zero anxiety" about leaving my pet in her care. They sent text messages everyday about how Zoe was doing. My cat is not very friendly but she warmed up to them. I had her nails trimmed before we left in the event she tried to scratch but Zoe let them pet her. They also took time to get photos of her to send to us. We returned home to a well-cared for kitty and detailed notes of the daily visits. In the future I will always call Companion Keepers to care for Zoe!

It went wonderfully. She exceeded my expectations. She was really good with the customers and the animals. The cat hid from her and she search all over the house and found him under the master bed room. She left a very extensive not of what she did and what the cat did. It was really above and beyond.

Leah promptly responded to my initial contact. She came to our home at exactly the time set for our first meeting. Our cat met with her and gave his approval so we were all immediately impressed and relieved to have Leah and her company take care of him. Our first trip was a three day weekend. Leah kept in touch by texting me during each visit to let us know all was well at home. Our cat is very special to us so hearing from him every day via Leah was a huge relief. When we got home he was peacefully sleeping and obviously had a wonderful experience with Companion Keepers. We were left with a daily recap of what was done here at home and how our cat did each day. Very nice touch. I highly recommend Companion Keepers for cat sitting. It's a reliable company but more than that. They love cats!

I called Wednesday morning and left a message. Within an hour I heard back, to my relief. As little time as I had to find a pet sitter, any delay would have been problematic.
