Techs did not have parts on truck so I got charged an extra hour of labor. Ended up costing $360 and the drain still leaked. They did come back to fix it but I think you tube would be a better option.

Oh my gosh! Primo Plumbing was phenomenal! I was getting ready to go to a family outside dinner on Saturday evening and went to pull my blue jeans out of the dryer. There was water everywhere..and I mean everywhere. My hot water heater was leaking and leaking fast and furious. Primo Plumbing had an after hours plumber here within an hour. Paul fixed the problem and was wearing a mask (Covid 19 compliant) the entire time. Primo Plumbing was competent and safe and right there when I needed them most. Thank you Primo Plumbing. You are the BEST!

Cory and Simon were: professional, courteous, on-time, and diligent about working non-stop during their visit to rebuild tanks and replace flange seals on toilets in three bathrooms. I called Primo because of excellent past experience with Comfort-Air, their sister company. I was not disappointed. Reliable and proficient plumbing repair is never inexpensive (you get what you pay for!); the pricing was fair and I was fully satisfied that the work done was worth the cost. I will use them again without hesitation.

This was an excellent transaction from start to finish. I asked for bids from three well-rated Angie's list providers, and selected Comfort-Air. The estimating visit was well done and thorough. The scheduling worked around the Veterans Day and Thanksgiving holidays, and the work was completed in three days (with two crews at work, one for each floor). The results are very satisfying, and the workers at every level (management to office staff to on-site crew) were professional, courteous, and prompt. Every commitment made was kept.

They offered us an annual service plan that provides 2 seasonal maintenance service, that offers up to 2 lbs. of Freon for only 195.00 a year, additional benefits for their service plan, so we highly recommend anyone to ask for their service plans. Their service was exceptional, and the work was done right the first time. Exceptionally responsive, punctual and professional; everyone was very exceptionally knowledgeable, great customer service and they made me feel comfortable. We were extremely thankful for their services.

So far lousy. Bought Lennox system through Comfort Air nine years ago (11K spent). Been using them for fall and spring check ups every year. Have had no problems until now and this has been dragging out for about 4 weeks. Have to call them to get updates on parts or just a plan of action. Very disappointed and frustrated. Oh, system is still under warranty. Beginning to think they are just waiting for the warranty to run out next June. Also, Lennox is no help either.

The coil was still under warranty, so I don't know how much the coil cost, but just the labor cost $1700. I got another bid with another company and it was like $1800-something, so we went with the $1700. They advertise a lot in San Antonio. They support the public radio and television. I think it took them a couple of hours. They cleaned up after themselves.
