Jack came out in person within a couple days of our first contact and asked had us explain in detail everything we wanted to accomplish; then he offered even better suggestions we had not thought of. He measured our closet dimensions, noted how many clothes, shoes and clutter we had and then did a custom design, that we absolutely love. I did my homework at Container Store, California Closets, Home Depot, Lowes and several others, before giving Closet Connection the job.
We now have all the room we need including even getting rid of our bedroom furniture, because the closet drawers and shelves can now hold the contents of these, easily.
I know it may sound weird, but when we have guests over, the closets are the first upgrade we show them. Of course they always want to know who did them for us.

Jack came out and did the initial consultation and looked at my awkwardly shaped small master bedroom closet. He made some suggestions as to how we could make best use of the space and generated a computer drawing of the design on the spot (wow!). He was able to work with me on price as well. The following day we agreed to proceed with the project and Jack gave me a proposed installation date.
His design was very creative I thought and he was super professional!!
My new closet was installed this week and is even better than I imagined!! It is the best closet I have ever had! The materials and workmanship are great. The drawers and shelves and extra hanging space are fantastic! In fact, the night of the installation I woke up in the middle of the night and went in to make sure I wasn't dreaming!

Having very small, separate his and her master closets, we needed to put every square inch of the closets to good use. And, since the closets were directly off the newly remodeled master bath, they needed to be cohesive in design.
We obtained two quotes from custom closet companies and found Jack's to be the most creative, functional, attractive and cost-effective. Jack listened to each of our needs (which were each very different) and came up with great designs for our consideration. He was patient with us as we measured, re-measured, experimented and continually tweaked. Although we did some back and forth communicating to get the right closets, it was actually a quick and painless process. Jack was very good about listening to what we were wanting to achieve and presenting options. This made it a very easy process.
Installation was scheduled to occur at the tail end of our bathroom remodel and it occurred on time and as planned. This was a two day install and the crew was professional, friendly and just plain great. I'm still in disbelief that I did not have one wall scratch when they had to carry in and maneuver the 8 foot planks. They were the cleanest crew we've experienced. They also asked us for our input at different times during the install to ensure we were completely satisfied. For example, in the shoe tower, there were different configurations for the shelving units. Instead of simply installing them and having us move around ourselves after the job was done, they called us in and asked our preference. It's the little things like that which separate the good contractors from the great.
We will be installing custom closets in the pantry in the near future and will absolutely use Jack and his team again.

He was on time, friendly, and got right down to business. The quote was fair and he said he could almost double the shelf space in our pantry. To save on costs, we tore out the previous shelves, repaired the walls, and repainted, but I gather Closet Connection can do that part as well.
With a blank canvas, the Closet Connection crew showed up (earlier than scheduled - awesome!!), and they were as professional and friendly as Jack. They were quick and did an excellent job. Clean cleaned up after themselves and left us with a beautiful new pantry.
Just as Jack promised, we have almost double the shelf space we one had. We could not be happier with the way it turned out, the service, before and after sale. If we have another closet project come up, we will be contacting Jack Harris and his crew at Closet Connection.
