He peed on the staff. It turned out to be bladder stones.The stones were evaluated and we put him on a special diet and his been fine. The vet charged me for an xray and lab work. Dr Jeff took me into the exam room and showed me the stones and explained everything.

I do the senior wellness visits and it includes the physical, blood work and immunization. I've been going to him for a long time. He interacts very well. They are not afraid of him. The male dog loves him but the female dog is a little skittish.

He was really, really good and very pleasant. It was a nice office with a lot of good helpers. We have been going to him for quite a while. We've been really happy with him.

This Vet is amazing. Always very thorough. The staff is very good. Very patient with our animals. They always follow up to see how our pets are doing.

Very sweet person, loves our animals. Very efficient service. They'll even keep dogs when they're sick if you're having trouble caring for them.

He's the type of person who you feel comfortable with putting the pets in his hands.

They send you appointment reminders. They have a great staff - very pleasant.

They even do baths, nails, and let you drop them off early and pick them up later in the day.

I love them! My kids take their pets there, too.

The entire team at Churchill is great and display true professional care.  They go above and beyond to take care of our animals.  We are moving out of this area to a different part of San Antonio, but we will still bring our animals to this vet team.

The staff are very nice and good with the animals. The office is very clean and they have adorable office cats that came to greet our cats, very sweet. We did have a bit of a wait while in the exam room waiting for the doctor, but when he came he gave our cats a very thorough exam and answered all of our questions. We will definitely return to this office.

I've been taking my pets to Dr. Mauldin since he bought Blanco North Animal Hospital (now Churchill Veterinary Hospital) in 2007. He and his staff are kind, helpful, and very compassionate with animals as well as their owners. Services are a little pricey but 100% worth it. I even compared the medications we get there to the ones on PetMeds.com and they are much less expensive at the vet office. Dr. Mauldin always remembers my pets and their histories and is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. When my black lab needed to be put to sleep, Dr. M even came to my home so she could have a comfortable (as possible) passing in her familiar, warm bed. Someone from the office even calls a few days after every appointment just to check on the pet. I would recommend this vet practice to anyone.

First an update, this clinic was purchased by my vet Dr. Jeff Mauldin (previously Blanco animal hospital).This knowledgable and compassionate doctor and his staff are beyond excellant. We have 1 dog, and 4 kitties. All of our pets have individual needs and Dr. Mauldin is explementary in meeting them all. We also had a wonderful rescued dog who we were fortunate to have for a year that he also treated in her end stage of life. There is a rescued senior kitty we have had for a year now that is also being treated weekly with IV treatments and B12 injections and antibiotics for a serve respiratory condition that is connected to her kidney failure disease. Dr. Mauldin has been very attentive to our 8 year old rat Terrier too. We also have two 8 year old kitties that are healthy. Our newest addition kitten was rescued from the streets and is now seeing Dr. Mauldin. Every week I am at this clinic for our oldest IV/B12 treatments and enjoy the other clients conversation about how they too love this vet! The only reason I rated a B for pricing is that we spend alot taking care of ours.

Dr. Goodwin was very good with the puppy. He did a very lengthy exam and made sure he was in good health. I was really pleased with the cleanliness of his office and the professionalism of his staff.

Churchill Veterinary Hospital was a good place to take our cat. It was very comfortable and homey. The waiting room was nice. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We did not have any problems with the service.

Churchill Veterinary Hospital was very kind to my cats and to me as well. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and they have a great atmosphere there. I have been using them for quite some time now and the people there are great.

Churchill Veterinary Hospital was excellent to use. We have been using them at least once a year for twenty years now and never had a problem. They have very clean and spacious kennels for our animals. They will also administer special diets if you provide the food; otherwise they handle all of the food. They are very caring and loving and they also charge by the day.
