The painters originally did this work in mid-September.  They arrived on time; were very polite and made sure all my furniture and carpeting was covered to avoid any paint spills.  There was a lot of work to do on the dining/living room ceiling due to a water leak from a shower drain in the upstairs bathroom.    While they did paint the entire ceiling downstairs with 2 coats of paint we noticed that some of the texturing in the damaged part did not quite match the rest of the ceiling.  We called Adam Reissner after a few weeks went by and he came back out and agreed that this needed to be re-done.
He sent his painters back to us in October and they handled the issue with the ceiling and then re-painted the entire ceiling again.
We really appreciate CertaPro's efforts in getting this sorted out for us.  We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

It went well. They had a really good team, I was very impressed. They did a really super job.

The service turned out fine and they did a good job. The workers were very responsive, punctual, and polite. It did take several attempts to reach Adam the owner after the work was done for additional requests and follow up. They got the job in one week and the cleanup was fine and they did a good job with it. We did have to have them come back and redo a few areas.

The painters were very professional and did a great job. They used the best materials and made sure I was happy with the outcome before completing the project. The painters made sure to use drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves.

You can tell a lot about a company after the first conversation with the owner.  Adam was very easy to contact for the initial meeting. He made it very clear what his company was going to do, and all the who, what, where, and when's about the service.  It took me months to decide who and when I wanted to paint the house and when I ran into Adam and his wife at the home and garden show he remembered my job, gave me a great price and that sealed the deal. His very nice crew did a professional job and followed up on everything just the way Adam said they would. I was, and still am very happy with the job.  Excellent overall for the job!

Not only were Adam and his team highly recommended on Angie's list, the homeowners whom we bought our new house from recommended them and we couldn't agree more!!  Adam was very prompt in returning my call and we set an appointment to meet the next day at our newly purchased house. We did a full walk thru and I described what I would like done as well as the timeline because we had a few projects going at one time. He had not problem with it and told me how the company does business and what was included. He prepared a proposal and it did come in higher than we anticipated, however, when I talked to Adam, he was very flexible to make changes and compromises to work within our budget. He drew up a new proposal that we agreed to and got the ball rolling. Mind you, this was all over a holiday weekend, showing his commitment to customer service!!
Certapro offered the services of a color consultant for free, which was very helpful as I just needed another set of eyes and opinion on color choices and palates. Adam set up an appointment for myself and Stephanie at the house and she was of great help. We actually chose a lot of complimentary colors but that was also a nice perk in that they didn't charge more for multiple colors, etc.. 
Adam set us up to start the painting project with project manager Rolondo and his crew who were AMAZING!!!! They were always courteous and professional and Rolondo was in close contact to let me know what was happening and the progress they were making. There were some areas that needed patching as well as some tape and float on seams and you would never be able to tell now. Their work and attention to detail were second to none, and I have a pretty critical eye!!! The guys always cleaned up after themselves and were extremely careful and trustworthy with everything. The team even worked thru the weekend to finish the project in a total of 6 days from start to finish, even with a few minor adjustments thrown in. They were GREAT and we highly recommend them! Even my husband, who was skeptical of doing so much painting, is extremely impressed  and said it was money well spent!!

This company is the best contractor I have ever hired.  They are very up front and honest, they're work is meticulous, and they have provided me with a great outcome. 

They knocked it out in 3 days and cleaned up after themselves after finishing each day.

They did excellent job. They were highly qualified, professional and polite.

The front office was very friendly and setup an appointment for a bid from Adam.  Adam arrived a few minutes early for our set appointment.  Adam had an easy going personality and we found him very easy to work with; he listened to what we wanted and was quite helpful with suggestions along the way.  Adam came with the work crew the first day at the scheduled time and we went through the rooms again re-confirming the work that was to be completed.  The painters stayed with it all day, taking a short lunch and working until 6:30 that evening.  The painters asked if it would be alright if they started at 7:30 the next morning, which we were fine with.  We were up and waiting but the painters didn't show up until 9:30 that second day, not that big a deal, but I'm the type person that if I tell someone that I'm going to be there at a certain time, then I'm going to be there.  That was the reason for the demerit on punctuality.  Again, the paint crew went right to work and finished up the remaining work in a few hours.  CertaPro started the day they said they would, finished a day earlier than planned, and they did an excellent job matching our existing colors.  Overall we were quite happy with the work done.  We would use CertaPro again and we would recommend this company to others.

Adam and his team were awesome. The quote I received for the work was extremely reasonable and the work performed was great. I really appreciated that the same crew showed up each day when they said they would and worked through they day to get the job done. The job was done on time and the work looked fabulous! I was very happy that I only had to hire one team to get all the work done instead of hiring a separate drywall crew and painting crew. I would definitely hire Adam and his team again, as a matter of fact I recently called him on an estimate for another project.

Everything went great from start to finish.  I was able to have them come out the very next week for the work.  The crew was courteous and detailed and very little mess.  My wife was please and that is what was most important.  I will be using them again.

Big kudos to Adam and his team! He assured me everything would be completed before Christmas Eve and they just finished our work and house looks awesome! I cant say enough how happy I am with the service and professiinalism they have provided. This is our second time using them and we will certainly pass there info on to anyone that needs their house painted.

Adam Reissner from CertaPro Painters arrived on time to provide an estimate, and was very courteous and helpful as we discussed the needs for our new (to us) home.  This house had not had any attention paid to it in the last 10 years and had not been painted since it was first built in 2000; we arrived at the discussion of the many needs to get our house looking the way we wanted.  As we walked around the house, we determined that it would require a good amount of carpentry work before we could even get to the painting (which accounted for 1/3 of the total cost).  Adam was very patient and provided us with all the information we requested.  After having had another painter give us an estimate (that came along with a very high pressure sales pitch), it was a relief to have someone that simply answered questions and gave us the time to make our own decision.
The contractors that arrived on the day/time as agreed were pleasant and competent.  While Adam was not on site, it was a pleasure to know that any questions we had were quickly relayed to and answered by Adam via telephone/text; and any concerns we had (which were few and relatively minor) were also quickly addressed by Adam as he was easily accessible throughout the duration of the project.  I strongly recommend CertaPro Painters and Adam to the Angie's List community.  He's a professional that will make every effort to make sure that you're happy with the final product!

After the previous contractor abandoned the job (and my house!), I found CertaPro on Angie's List and contacted Adam about the job.  He was immediately responsive, kind, and honest.  He came out right away to assess the situation, and he knew his "stuff."  His estimate was extremely fair.  We were unable to hire him because we lost so much money from the previous painter, and we definitely wish we had known Adam when we started.  If you're thinking of starting a job, call him.  His rates are extremely competitive, and he seems to genuinely care about you and your home.

These guys did a GREAT job.  The quality of the workmanship was wonderful and everyone was very friendly.  They were a little noisy when performing the work, but that is to be expected.  They even replaced a broken window and frame for me even though that is not something they normally do.  The contractor had to call in someone from another company, but he handled all of it.  I only had to pay CertaPro.  I would recommend them to anyone.  They came out that week to do the job and got it done quickly and at a reasonable price.  The ONLY complaint I had was that a couple pieces of my lawn landscaping (a bench and flower pot) that were moved for the painting were not moved back, but that is very minor.  Overall a superior company.
