C & N Painting & Minor Repairs

They have got to be the best vendor I have every pulled off an Angie's List. We had to move before my house had sold and they responded to the emergencies that we could not. Nancy Marlow is worth her weight in gold. She is honest and very fairly priced.

Excellent job. Prompt and courteous service. Corrected any problems, and cleaned up after themselves.

It went very well and I was very comfortable with C&N from the start. Originally painting not scheduled until January, but they had a break in their schedule and called me to let me know that they could do it before Christmas - they estimated 3 days but were finished in 2. The team of 4 arrived on time, left everything neat and clean and called to follow-up on the end result. There was one side of a column that did not get a second coat of paint and they came back to re-paint it.

They arrived on time. There were 4 people on their team painting and they completed the painting in about 4 hours. They completed the painting very quickly and put two coats of paint on the walls. I was surprised they were done so quickly. I did notice a couple areas that needed to be touched up which they took care of promptly.

Fantastically! I've never met such diligent painters. They clean up after each day. They made one mistake during the job-immediately brought it to my attention and fixed it at their own cost. They charge more than typical interior painters, but their work is terrific!

Cynthia and Nancy and their crew did a fantastic job and made our kitchen and breakfast area look great! We had removed the grasscloth, and when they arrived they floated the seams and applied texture to the kitchen walls that matched the rest of the house. The next day they primed the walls and painted two coats of paint. The job was finished about a day ahead of what they had estimated. They are fast workers, neat, and courteous, and I highly recommend them and will use them again!

We found Cynthia and Nancy through Angie's list. They responded promptly with a proposal. We hired them after interviewing 2 other painting contractors. They were able to accommodate our compressed timeframe and did so courteously and professionally. Since we had just moved to San Antonio and were in a hurry to move into our home, they also worked around and with other contractors who were also doing work on the house simultaneously. They were helpful in referring other contractors to us as the need arose. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up after themselves at day's end. The day that they finished the job (on time), we were actually sad to see them go!

They were punctual and professional. They arrived the first day to give the estimate which they sent to me via email. Then they started painting a few days later. They estimated the job would take 3.5-4 days and they finished in 2.5 days which was tremendously convenient for me. They were delicate with all of my possessions and they were very neat. They were also polite and thoughtful.

It was June 20 that they came out. They were supposed to be here at nine but came at eight-thirty instead. They were very very meticulous. They took down the old fan and put up a new ceiling fan. I am having them come out again because they did such a good job, to install interior doors and paint them.

I would never use anyone but Nancy & Cynthia. They came with 2 more painters, all very nice and cheerful. The bedroom turned out great and was a challenge with all the staple damage.

Cynthia and Nancy and two of their assistants removed the wallpaper in the guest bath, filled in picture hanger and towel rod holes, and painted. They always paint two coats, but this one needed three coats (no extra charge). They contacted their installer and set up a time for him to install a granite vanity top and faucet (additional $175 for his charges). After the installation and removal of old vanity top, they came to inspect his work and will return to paint a couple of touch-up spots. They are meticulous in their detail work and cleanup and prompt for their appointments, as well as knowledgeable about their work. They readily answer my "do-it-myself" questions and offer suggestions/solutions. This is the second time that I've used their services, and they will be the ones I'll call when I need more painting done.

Nancy and her crew showed up exactly when she said they would. They came in and immediately started moving furniture, taking pictures off the walls and got right to painting. She initially said it would take a couple of days, but they were done in one. The work was very good. She called the next day to be sure everything was satisfactory. I would definitely recommend C & N Painting to anyone needing interior painting done.

Extremely satisfied with work. These 2 gals can do just about any type of minor repairs as well as painting. They scheduled me in early so that I could get my house on the market. I got several estimates and they finished the job in 1/2 the time quoted by other painters. They took down and replaced all curtain rods, miniblinds, and bathroom hardware. My house looked brand new and was sold within 2 weeks of being listed.

They were quick to give us an estimate and actually were able to schedule the work 2 weeks earlier than their original estimate. They also completed everything in one day rather than 2. Everything looked really good.

C & N shows up on time and is quick to work. We had many nagging little paint jobs left undone by another contractor and C & N organized this work so that it was done very quickly and with no disruption caused. Their pricing gives their work an excellent value as in great bang for buck spent. We're preparing our house for sale and we couldn't be happier. Again, very reasonable prices for the responsible attitude and honesty - if they can't do something, they tell you. Great for minor repairs in addition to painting. Their assistant, Martine, is a real pleasure.

After calling, they came out to visit the house, and we got an estimate a few days later. We're new to homeownership, so they answered a lot of questions for us about finishes and the exact kind of paint we need. They showed up a little early for the first day of painting and took great pains to do a good job. C & N were flexible and painted another room at the last minute. They even did a few crown molding retouches for free and unasked. They left our house cleaner than before they came, and told us that they'd come back if we weren't happy. They stand by their work. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The work was completed in a professional manner. The painters were neat, & clean up was always done. They were always on time & completed the work in a reasonable time frame. Overall, we were very happy with their work & have recommended them to many of our friends.

C&N provided excellent service. They met the time-line that was laid out. Their bid was well below three that I received from other contractors. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to have work done on their house.
