They sprayed my yard for fleas and ticks. It was very effective. They were recommended by a friend. They provided a good service. They were very punctual. I was able to get an appointment easily. It seemed like the man that came out was very knowledgeable and informative. When I still noticed some fleas and ticks, they came out again for no cost. I had a pretty bad infestation. They had to spray under the deck as well. They also recommended a spray I could use in my house, in crevices and things like that to prevent the problem inside.

They have been great.  They call to schedule our appointments so that we don't have to remember.  When we have found problems between visits, they come out on the same day.  They are very responsive.

I have been using them for a bout ten years. They do a great job. They are always on time. The technicians are very nice. They offer pet friendly spray also.

I got them off Angie's List. We just bought one of your coupons things that came out and we used them after that. I like the coupon things and those are actually very cool. They were prompt. I liked the fact that they were very specific with the time frame when they would be there and they stuck to it. They were punctual. They were quick. We have used them before in the past too, so it wasn't like our first time using them. I like the fact that they are a local company, so all those things, for me, would be important. I also liked the fact that they give a 30-day guarantee, so if you call them out for a specific problem and it hasn't been taken care of, I think they will come back out and address it. We had ants before and they have taken care of that.

We have been using them for probably ten years.  They have been solid and reliable all the time.  We keep them on a one-year contract.  It's a little bit cheaper to do that.

He is pretty good.  He was fine and I felt like it was a fair price.  I thought his price was a little bit high because every time he had to come out to empty the trap I had to pay him.  He was good in responsiveness.

They do awesome work and they're dependable. They offer organic pest control treatments that are safe for children and pets.

I like them very much and they use products that are environmentally friendly if you ask them to. They are a small company and use products that don't make you cover the plants. If you have a problem they will be right out to fix it and I will use them again in the future.

They are always on time and very friendly. The keep up with the newest products. The staff presents themselves as very knowledgeable. They follow up when they say that they are going to.

I have a contract with them and I can’t tell you the price.  They are just courteous, honest and professional.

I have been using him probably for twelve to fifteen years.  He does it on a yearly basis.  He is just cooperative.  He is on time.  He listens to what your needs are.  He is cordial.  He has very nice employees that come to your home.  I never had a problem with them, whether it was talking to the billing office or the person that comes to your home.  They are very knowledgeable.  I would recommend them.  I have also used them for my yard and I never had a problem.  I just never had a bad experience with him.

They aren't cheap.  They provide pretty good service.

I pay them a little bit over $85 a quarter.  They’re really great.  Their prices are just superb.  It’s a family owned company.  They’re really good.  I think only once I had to call them to come out on something special.  They were very prompt.  They’re just really good.  I have no complaints whatsoever.  I will continue to use them in the future.

I have been using them for twelve years now.  They come out quarterly and during summer I use them for mosquito control, so then they come out once a month.  My experience with them was very good.

When it was thought to be a Raccoon and the trap in place I asked the question, that I should have asked earlier "How or where is the Raccoon coming into the attic."  I was shown a small opening, to small for a Raccoon. Needless to say the trap did not catch a Raccoon (there went my $97.31) nor a rodent.  Two days later I called to have the bait boxes set up for rats.  A couple of weeks later I asked for a more aggressive method to catch the rodents and so glue boards (do not know if that is the proper name) were placed.  The technician  followed up a few times to replace the bait. I asked about finding and sealing shut the entry points and the technician stated this can be done after they catch mice/rats and it will be an additional charge (over $150.00).  It was noted there was rodent activity based on the droppings being green so the rodents were eating the bait. It seems to me that sealing off the entry hole/s would prevent new rodents in the future and with the current traps in place will take care of the current rodents.  I voiced my suggestion and it  was  said it was not a good idea because if they seal up the entry points and the rodents die in the attic the smell will be unbearable.  I called for the technician to pick up the bait boxes/traps and they tried to sell me their quarterly pest control service.  At this time  the rodent problem still existed yet here they are trying to sell me their quarterly service which the last technician quoted me more than the first technician.  I showed him the quote and he stated he will go with the lower quote from the first technician.  What this tells me is that there is not a standardized  rate and I now wonder if the technicians receive a  commission based on amount of sell.  The technicians were very nice but this did not help with the issue at hand.  Will I use this company  again? Probably not.  The deal breaker was the quotes.

Heard noise in the attic a few days before heading out of town.  Bob Johnson was able to send someone out that day.  Turned out to be rats entering from the spinning turbine vents.  Excellent service, very professional and reliable.

I chose them because they had good reports on Angie's List and I will use them again in the future.
