All of the people I spoke to (from the initial contact to applying the pesticides) were extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient.  The technicians arrived early and answered all of my questions.   I plan to use them on a quarterly basis.

Took repeat visits to get rid of the ants.  Didn't work initially.  3rd visit looks like ants are gone and all other occasional pests are controlled.  Company was thorough in coverage, vigilance, and effort.  Attic to outside, complete treatment.  Treated more outside than they were required to do.  Although their first attempts did not work well, their extra effort, professionalism, and honesty has resulted in our signing a repeat treatment contract with them.  They are NOT a fly-by-night, rip-off company - they can be trusted to make things right.

We wanted to try a new exterminator.  We did not have any problems with the other, just looking/shopping for a new service.  Bob Jenkins and his team were extremely responsive and punctial.  They delivered on the products/services that they promised and the price was exactly as quoted.  They did a very good job of explaining all that was done, and what the next steps were.  They also followed up with a phone call to ensure appropriate service.  The price was comparible to the service we were receiving before, but the service was better.  Great Job Bob Jenkins and Team (JR). 

Everything went great. The office staff and serviceman were very professioanl and friendly. They did have to come out and treat the bad areas a few times. My only suggestion would be to use the strongest chemicals on the first trip out. I would use this company again.

We had two episodes of something biting people in my house but I could never see the culprits.  Bob Jenkins Pest Control came out, diagnosed the problem, and treated the house twice.  They were courteous, efficient, careful and their charges were less than their estimate.  I will use them in the future for any pest problem have recommended them to my friends and family.

They are fabulous.  They are reasonable, they always call to remind you when it is time so that I don’t have to remember, and they are flexible.  They are always available and everyone there is friendly.  I have never had bug problems; when everyone was complaining about scorpions, we didn't have any.  I even send them to my mother and my mother-in-law’s houses.  They are always on time and I have become friends with all of them.

Larry came by on time and, since I had numerous questions, spent a great deal of time answering them while thoroughly treating my entire house (including climbing the drop-down stairs to the attic). Larry put on shoe covers while working indoors and explained that the chemicals would not affect our cats. I highly recommend Bob Jenkins Pest Control, Inc. and signed a contract for regular treatment based on my experience with them.

I spent $96 on that service. I continue using them because they are convenient and by that I mean that they call ahead of time to set up the schedule, so I don’t have to worry about doing that. They call a couple for weeks ahead of time and let me select whatever is a good time. The technicians are extremely professional and they bend over backwards to help me out and do what I need them to do. The technicians are pleasant, helpful, and courteous. They are also always on time and that really helps. If I schedule a time to be here, they are here at that time.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and service the Bob Jenkins Pest and Lawn Service provided. I am in the military, stationed overseas, and my house in San Antonio had multiple active wasp nests. The treatment was arranged very rapidly, mostly by e-mail due to the time zone difference, and the appointment smoothly coordinated through my realtor. Overall, an outstanding experience and I would highly recommend this company.

Joe was 15 minutes earlier than expected which was great.  He put covers on his shoes before he came into my house. He treated the inside and outside of my house for pests, including the attic and the crawl space underneath my house.  He gave me some tips on ways to prevent bugs from coming into the house, and he put Catchmasters in different spaces in my home (I found a dead scorpion on one the other day - yeah!).  He also gave me some extra Catchmasters (no charge) which was nice.  Joe was very punctual, professional, and courteous.  This company definetly deserves an A+++ 

They come out every 3 months and since I had scorpions and bugs coming in my home theycame back out for free to treat for them since it was within that 3 months.

Job was an estimate.

I've been very happy with the service.  I think it's a reasonable price for what they do, they've done a very good job and I haven't had any trouble with pests.  I'm satisfied.

They were prompt and responded to our initial call. They were good in follow up. The work that they did was good. Their price was fair.

They are good and they have very good employees. I have the same man come out to exterminate for the whole time. They are very professional. The man who comes is very nice. They always dress in uniform and put shoes covering on shoes before he comes in. He is quiet. He always makes sure to get rid of bugs and ants. They do good job.

Bob Jenkin's was initially called for an issue with termites in a shrub near the house. They sent someone over to perform an initial assessment. I was thinking I may need to get the whole house treated for termites, but serviceman recommended a simple heavy duty lawn insect treatment. I was extremely impressed with his honesty and professionalism. He did not perform the treatment that day (it was around 4:45 on a Friday) and said they could have someone over within the next 2 days to execute the service. They were accommodating with my work schedule, and finished within 45 minutes when the service was actually performed.

They are very professional. They do not use too much and be as environmentally healthy as they can with what they do. They have been very friendly and are easy to talk to. We have had some questions some time about various problems we have had and they talked to us. It is their family business.

Inspector called prior to arrival; arrived promptly. Asked detailed questions and performed thorough inspection of exterior perimeter, siding, vents, roof line, utility areas and attic. No sign of any rodents (whew!). Did not charge me for the service :)

I declined the options because I didn't want them to poison the animal. They called back today and offered to perform services if I wanted to find a different type of trap. They were very helpful. I might consider them in the future for their help.

Bob Jenkins Pest Control has met my pest control needs every time. I have used Bob Jenkins for the past 13 years in my homes, my mother, sister, and mother-in-laws homes, because I know how good and effective the service is. I will continue to use them in my new home when it is completed. I also trust the employees in my homes. They are also very friendly and personable. And the cost is very affordable. My experience with them is Excellent.

They did a very good job. I wasn't here to see them but they did a good job. I don't see anymore flees. I let them come in and out and they left the house fine. They came in, I wasn't home, they did what they needed to do and left. They give me a call to let me know they came in and out.

I called this company because I heard scratching in my attic, they came out the very next day at the time they said they would. I got a courtesy call for every visit they planned to make. The gentleman I worked with came out 4 times total but only charged me for placing the trap and patching the hole that the animal was using to get into my home. Nothing was caught but preventive measures were taken to insure I woulodn't have the same problem. I highly reccomend Bob jenkins pest control.
