They were courteous and helpful and punctual. A part broke during installation but they didn't expect payment until the replacement part arrived and was installed. The blinds are working well so far and look good.

We are very happy with our plantation shutters and we couldn’t have chosen a better company. From our intitial phone call with Dallas to our first consult with Erica and finally to the installation with George and Billy, we had a great experience. We did receive the wrong frames for a few of our windows and a damaged door covering initially but George immediately stated they would replace those. I didn’t have to say anything. The problem was fixed and the final products installed a few weeks later perfectly. If your considering installing wood shutters, I highly recommend Blinded by Delight.

We happened into their showroom because we needed to see ideas for our master suite and bathroom. They had many examples we could touch and try, unlike buying online. Dallas knew the products well and ordered them for us over the summer. They were measured and installed perfectly. Thanks team.

The overall experience went well. The end result was well worth the time and expense. The office staff was professional. Communication was clear. The interior designer provided several good options regarding custom drapes, as well as ready-made, and the appropriate hardware for that window and space. I was free to choose the option that fit my budget and time constraint. No up-sell pressure. I chose to have the recommended hardware installed and use the existing drapes, for now. The installer was experienced, open to my questions, showed pride and creativity in his work, and provided a great result.

Absolutely superb! Don't use any other blind shop; you must use Blinded by Delight! We interacted with four different individuals - two to help us select the blinds we ordered, one to come to our house and assess blind size, etc., and a fourth to install the blinds. All four individuals were extremely attentive and knowledgeable to the nth degree. We won't go anywhere else to purchase blinds, that's for certain.

Used blinded by delight about 10 years ago in another house. They are very professional, polite, and take time to make sure customer is satisfied. Cindy the owner even comes out to make sure everything is done right. Cory is a delight to work with, he gets the job done. They make sure the products are the right fit for the customers. Wouldn’t suggest or use anyone else.

Wide selection of products and colors. Salesman was very knowledgeable, professional, and not pressuring. Took all the time needed to assist me in selecting the optimum products. Upon delivery, one shade was sized incorrectly. The company immediately took responsibility, remeasured, and ordered a new shade. Mistakes can happen, and I was very pleased that the company took responsibility and corrected the situation immediately. I am very happy with my window coverings, and definitely recommend Blinded by Delight. I would recommend that any prospective customers visit the showroom as well as have the salesperson come to their house.

I was very pleased from stopping by the showroom, to my in home consultation, through a few adjustments via email, to my finalize/measurement appointment, and finally at installation. Cory was phenomenal and expert in his suggestions and Todd was quick and efficient during installation. Their price point was very competitive (had a few other quotes) and Cory was able to make suggestions to my order to keep me within my budget. I would definitely hire them again!
