They installed an RO System and put in a water softener the first time they were out at a different residence. They came out after we moved to a different location. The installer had to send a friend out since the service guy could not come out. He installed the system and then never came back to complete the installation. He was to put in an insulating box. It ended up freezing this year and the tank cracked outside. So, my $5000 water softener is broken and I cannot use it.

I like the personal touch that Hank had. He talked with me for about two hours and walked me through many different solutions to my water issues. He added extras to help my specific needs at no additional charge, such as valves and cutoffs for pre-filters. He really listened to me and what I had to say and didn't offer a solution until he was confident in how to best address my needs. It definitely wasn't a cookie cutter install; it was a very custom deal. Hank made it a great experience and I will definitely continue to use him!
