I have been a BioTech Water Researchers customer of over 20 ears. Hank (owner) and his team builds, installs, services, and has parts for the water softeners. Our home was not plumbed for the water softener, no problem for BioTech. They completed everything in one day. A super plus is the design, he adds a pressure valve and filter to the unit to remove the San Antonio dirt in the line. My friends and neighbor's don't, until they see the old filter. BioTech is low pressure sales, Hank answers all your questions, since they build them, they know them inside and out. BioTech is a San Antonio company you can trust for a quality product, and service. There is no "finger pointing" between manufacturer or installer or parts person, it is all done by BioTech. You will be thanking yourself for choosing BioTech

EXCELLENT! Hank Deutsch and the team at BioTech Water Researchers helped us install the systems we needed at a great price. We wanted softening and filtration systems that would protect our family and we wanted the best. Hank and the team custom engineered, built, and installed what we asked for. And when it came time to pay the bill, Hank surprised us by charging several thousand dollars less than the original quote. He was able to do so by co-engineering and sourcing new filters that could do the job of an entirely separate system. Talk about the going the extra mile... custom engineered and saved us thousands! HIGHLY RECOMMEND BioTech Water Researchers!

Mr. Deutsch had a beautiful presentation and was able to show us very clearly why we needed the type of system we purchased. He's not the least expensive contractor out there, but still reasonable. His installer, Joe, was GREAT. They did everything to code and even dug a pit for us for the discharge water since we are on a septic system. Covered with gravel & rock and you don't even know it's there. This service was done without extra charge. If we use potassium instead of salt, it's good for the plants. (Who knew?) The system is inside our greenhouse where it gets hot in the summer, so we got a manual recharge timer vs. electronic so it won't ever wear out. You still set it to recharge automatically, though, so it's not really "manual" in that sense. And it mattered o me that he's a Christian businessman who I could trust.

It was an excellent service. They technicians were on time, professional, and they clean up the garage after the work. They swept and left the area. They owner came with them and provided great details on how his system works and took care of the problems. He was very clear, knows his product, and he has lots of back up statistics on everything.

We had our BioTech water softener and RO filter installed in August of 2004. We have been completely satisfied for pushing 15 years. Hank and his team are knowledgeable, professional, timely, clean and just plain nice! We had a little (unusual) problem pretty early in and it was resolved immediately and professionally. Oh, we are still on our first water softener just in case you were wondering!

Their technician was very friendly and helpful. Even though the filter change was a bit challenging, he continued to work on it until he resolved the problem. I appreciated his willingness to trouble shoot and figure out a successful solution. They are also very accommodating in working around my schedule. Very easy to work with. We will be calling them again for next year's service.
