This was my first time dealing with mold. I flipped a house and after I had completed the renovations, we found out there was mold. I had called several mold remediation contractors/companies, but Ron at Best Option Restoration was the only person that got back to me in a timely manner and took the time to answer every question I had. Throughout the process, he was extremely communicative and again answered my questions and walked me through the process ensuring I had confidence it was getting done correctly and in a timely manner. My insurance company unfortunately took a long time to coordinate payment, but Ron was diligent in his work and patient. My home was put back together beautifully! They did a great job!
