In a very short period of time, she showed us a home that met what we were looking for. She negotiated for us and got the house $14K below owner's asking price. She helped us close on time and over came the hurdles we ran into. She does above and beyond providing help for her clients. I would recommend here as a realtor and use her again if needed.

Amazing. We called her in the morning and she started showing us houses that afternoon. She was very very helpful in her knowledge of the neighborhoods and what areas we should be looking in for our needs. She helped us find the perfect home in 2 days and showed us as many houses as we wanted to look at including meeting at 8:30 in the morning.

Through the years we have dealt with many agents and Barbara is by far the most professional and knowledgeable agent we have encountered. Barbara was a dream come true. Not only did she do her job in an excellent manner she always followed through with everything. She also did not forget us after we closed on our home. She has always kept in touch and even purchased us a subscription to Texas monthly. She is AWESOME!

Great! Barbara made a very scary process--looking for new home, then building from scratch on our own lot--virtually stress free. Realizing there would be delay (until we could sell current home), Barbara went above and beyond to help us find a rental. I could get a sizeable rebate for using my bank's mortgage service when I sell this home...but not important. We will return to Barbara Lane. Don't know what to say in "Approximate cost of service;" realtor fees = 6%

Barbara Lane and her associates did an excellent job in all aspects of her real estate listing and marketing services. Barbara arranged for a staging service to stage the home for showing at a very reasonable price. She prepared beautiful brochures for the information box on the listing sign and for pick up in the home for visiting realtors and prospective buyers. She also prepared a very professional web site listing with interactive video of the home.  She hosted multiple open houses during the listing period and kept us (the sellers) informed on a weekly basis regarding showings, feedback and comments received. She followed up with brokers of  potential buyers answering questions and explaining features of the home.  Once a contract was received Barbara reviewed the document and made suggestions regarding the terms. And finally  Barbara personally made sure that all closing documents were delivered to the title company and reviewed the closing documents and attended the closing to insure that all went smoothly. In summary, Barbara and her team exhibited nothing but professionalism, thoroughness and energy throughout the entire process.

Barbara was phenomenal! Because of her extensive experience of the market, with her recommendations, we had a ton of showings the first day the house was put on the market and ended up with multiple offers within 3 days of the house being listed. Barbara provided me with great advice when it came to selecting an offer as well as guiding me through the entire process. Again, I sold the house while living out of the state. The house was officially sold a month after the house was listed! I could not have asked for a better real estate agent! Barbara was very responsive and provided great advice! She is my go to real estate agent and I always recommend her to my friends.

From the start Barbara was very helpful. She opened our eyes to what a realtor should be like. She heard what we wanted and was always looking for options that met the criteria we wanted and suggested others to keep our options open. From what could have been a long lengthy process, Barbara?s help turned it into a quick closing on our first home!  We couldn't have done it without her knowledge of the market and quick responsiveness. She genuinely cared about finding our family a home.

We interviewed 3 different real estate agents and chose Barbara Lane. She was very professional and upfront on what to expect. She helped stage the house, market it, and we sold our house much sooner than we expected. From the day we listed it to final closing it was a little more than 3 months. Part of the time was because we asked not to close so soon since I was deployed. The negotiations and closing went very smoothly. Barbara was always available to answer any questions we had even though she is extremely busy. Barbara really knows how to sell houses! Would definitely recommend her to sell your house!
