It was very good. They were very good. They came with their standard gadget. They went out and then they brought in a longer attachment and that seems to have turned out okay. I gave their information to my sister-in-law. They certainly went through enough trouble to do what they needed to do.

I asked what hours they make appointments. Instead of telling me the hours of operation I was told I could not make an appointment because I live .25 mile away from San Antonio literally an overpass difference. However the female who answered stated I would have to wait and see what time we could be served in between thier appointments. I explained I work and would need to make arrangement however she did not appear to want to work with me. I realize it was only a stopped up sink but as a homeowner I am looking for a long term company I can count on and trust. This is not it.

The services provided by ASAP did not go well at all. Late Tuesday, the first visit, they replaced the faucet outside (in the dark) with a new one but stated that I would also need to replace the faucet and connection lines on the bathroom sink. I was told that Eric would send me a picture of a suggested faucet by Friday. They turned the water off in that bathroom and left. Two weeks later I still hadn't heard from them or received any pictures of faucets and the outside faucet continued to leak even more so the day after it was replaced. I called ASAP plumbing and spoke with a woman who informed me that it was my responsibillity to purchase a faucet and that they in no way provided faucets. I purchased the faucet but did not know what size of connection lines to purchase as a Home Depot Rep told me there were different sizes. I forgot about the lines and scheduled a time for the plumbers to have my faucet replaced. Two different plumbers arrived and informed my Mother that the outside faucet had to be replaced because it was old. They did not believe my Mother when she told them their own plumbers replaced it with that very same one a couple weeks prior! Plus, they were unable to replace the faucet in the bathroom because they needed the new connection lines. The same woman I spoke with before from ASAP called me and asked if I would like to reschedule a time for them to come out and replace the faucet. I (again) informed her that I am not a plumber and have no clue as to the size of connections required. Nothing as to the size was written on my receipt! She didn't seem to care one way or the other and stated it was my responsibility to get them not theirs. I gave up! I told her I would find someone else to do the work. ASAP would have received a rating of F had they not come back to at least re-fix the outside faucet they botched up in the first place! It's all too bad because they did an exceptional job in the past for replacing a water heater, a new faucet on the kitchen sink, and cutting the underground pipe valve to reduce pressure on the water lines for me. Now, I have selected another company to complete an almost $8000 rennovation on two bathrooms and a kitchen ceiling.

Work was done expertly and quickly. Workers were very courteous.

Eli and Mike from ASAP Plumbing arrived on time. They introduced themselves and said where they were from. They were very pleasant and courteous, dressed very professionally, were well-groomed and put covers on their feet to come in the house. They were also nice enough to check the other commode to be sure it was working properly. I would definitely use them again.

ASAP Plumbing installed a water heater and everything was very reasonable

They showed up earlier than expected because of another cancellation. We had a leak in the main water line that supplies the entire house. The house is a rental home we own. We had the water turned off and the water line already exposed. They were appreciative that my husband already exposed the leak. They got there at approximately 3:00 and worked until 9:00. They did not leave until the work was completed. After they left, the renters called and said the water pressure was very low on the second floor of the house. We called the company back and they explained there was air in the water line. This was because the water was vacuumed out of the main line, so they could solder the copper line. They explained how to get the air out of the line. They called back the next morning to see if everything was going good with the water pressure upstairs. We will definitely use the company again. Bonus was a military discount off the total price!

In both instances, the representatives from this company arrived on time and were very professional. Eli, Belinda, Johnnie , Eduardo and Lucio are all to be commended for their knowledge and the customer service skills. Would definitely use them again. This company goes above and beyond the expectations.

Mr. Eli and another tech named Tony came out first to assess the situation. They arrived on time. They checked the water pressure and wrote down the information they needed to order the necessary part. Eli said that he would order the part and have another tech come out and install it within a couple of hours. This worked out for me because I needed to run an errand in the meantime. The third tech, Karl, came out and installed the part within the stated time frame. They were all very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. ASAP was selected for this job by Choice Home Warranty.

This company was sent by my home warranty provider. The service was professional and the technicians were punctual. Two main items have resulted in my not utilizing this company in the future: 1- The recommended repair on a broken cold water faucet in the master bath was incorrect. The technician recommended that the entire fixture get replaced since the faucet was a custom fixture by Moen. I contacted Moen directly, submitted pictures of the faucet and they recommended a simple $20 part to fix the problem. I ordered the part and fixed it myself. The faucet is now problem free. The recommended approach by ASAP Plumbing would have cost me about $300. 2- I tried to schedule ASAP Plumbing for other repairs not covered by my home warranty, however, no one returned the 2 messages I left on their voicemail. This is poor customer service.

ASAP Plumbing Services was contacted by AHS after I submitted a work order 19 Apr due to a leak on the first floor kitchen ceiling. Eli (owner of the company) arrived on the 23rd to investigate the matter and confirmed (and pointed out to me) that the leak was coming from the water heater located in a closet on the 2nd floor. He awaited the okay and monies from AHS (therefore, the wait in performing the service) and scheduled a time to complete the job. Two of his crewmembers arrived on the 25th to install the new water heater. I was very impressed with the professional manner in which they performed their job. They were both very polite throughout the ordeal in having to move the old water heater from the second floor and replace it with the new. They continuously cleaned up after themselves and thoroughly vacumed the stairway & area around the closet they worked. All in all, they performed an exceptional job and were, at all times, very courteous and very professional! I was previously informed about high water pressure so I also inquired about it and the difficulties it could generate. Before they left, they checked the water pressure and informed me that it was 25 points higher than it should be and explained the damages high water pressure could create within the pipes, etc. They also informed me that they replace tile, check damages from leaks and perform remodeling jobs! I did hire them again. NOTE: Fee stated above was the fee for additional expenses (i.e., replacement of new valves and adapters, and disposal of the old water heater) beyond that which was paid by AHS.

ASAP Plumbing Services previously explained the damages high water pressure could create and I called them to schedule a day to have a pressure valve installed and the cost to replace an old kitchen faucet that had a hole in it and was spraying everywhere but the kitchen sink. Two plumbers arrived (different from the previous ones who did a job) in a very cheerful mood and prepared to do the job. At this time I also inquired about the kitchen faucet and, much to my surprise, it was agreed upon to do it on this same day! I only spoke with them for a short time but in that short time I was very impressed with the way they didn't waste any time and got right down to business. Both were very courteous and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. After I arrived home from work, I was very pleased with the completion of both jobs. Only a small portion of my front yard was dug up (where they placed the pressure valve) and the dirt was very neatly replaced. The kitchen faucet (although strange looking as I am the one who purchased it) was also neatly placed. I would definately hire ASAP Plumbing Services again!

He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him. He went above and beyond. He also has a reasonable price.
