Aquia Pool & Spa has been taking care of my pool & spa for years. They perform all normal maintenance, and they do it in a quiet, timely, and professional manner. On top of the normal stuff, there are two other reasons I go to them every year for all my pool and spa needs: First they are proactive about letting me know what will become a problem in the future and dealing with it now while it's still easily manageable from a time and cost perspective. Second, occasionally I will call them out of the blue about an issue or a question or a problem and they respond quickly, deal with the issue directly, and if needed even apologetically. If I owned a company, I'd like it to be run just like Jason runs his. Oh, last thing I love: They are a one stop shop. Pool, Pool Equipment, Lighting, Electrical, New install, Maintenance: They do it al. One call to fix it all. Thank you Aquia Pool & Spa for all you do!

Each time a tech comes out for the weekly service, he sends an email report regarding what he actually did. Aquia has also been very responsive when I've an issue outside of the normal weekly service. They are very knowledgeable and highly dedicated to what they do. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Jason spent hours fixing the hot tub that came with our house. He had quite a bit of trouble shooting to do, and it was difficult finding parts. It now works like it is brand new! He is a very gifted repair person. We have had other things on our pool fixed, and he has done great work with everything. His pool cleaner staff have kept the pool looking great, and we have never had any issues like we did with other services.

Even got to a point that one company owner operator said he would only continue to do our pool if he doubled the price . Then i found Jason, wow what a find hes very compeditivly prices but hes service smashes everyone . Jasons company makes my life easy. Then never miss a schedule appt . His staff is always smilingand polite.

My polaris split apart at the back flow valve and it was quite old. I called Jason to see about getting a new one. He came the very next day to look at the old one and we discussed the pros and cons of fixing or replacing it. I wanted it replaced and he set up the new one which has been working great ever since. I also get reminders for filter maintenance so I don’t have to think about when that’s due. Tony always does a great job of taking care of filter maintenance. Both Jason and Tony are great about teaching me about my pool. I’ve been swimming in a trouble free pool all summer.
