Exceptional--Everything works fine now.

Well. He did what he said he would do, in a timely manner and was responsive. He will be my go to computer tech now.

I don't use them regularly anymore. Their prices are high. They do come out to the home. He is a very nice man, but I am not sure he is worth the price. He is responsive, and a very nice guy, I just think he needs to help people who have more money than I do. He is very punctual. I use somebody else now.

Contacted Appstar to fix a problem with my laptop computer. My call was answered promptly and the owner/ operator, Mr. C. Lindley came the next day, as scheduled, to work on the problem. Within 10 min.s he had identified the failure and we agreed upon the most favorable solution. Mr. Lindley returned at my request to transfer data between computers and also downloaded several programs from the internet to my system.
Mr. Lindley quickly and intelligently communicated with me from start to finish. He is very easy to contact and very obviously is an expert in his vocation. I am more than satisfied with the work he performed as well as the price. I certainly recommend Appstar for anyone with computer issues and I will definitely contact Mr. Lindley regarding any future problems of this nature.

They provided good service. I felt cheated because it went from $66 to $566 so I was taken back. Everything was there so I went with what he told me. I think they need to let people know the price before they come out. I would use them again, but I would be firm with them. They responded well.

My computer sould not power up.  I called Chris and he came the same day.  Within 30 minutes he had my computer working.  Chris is absolutely awesome.  He is timely, very professional and the pricing is very affordable.

I could not connect to the internet so I called Chris Lindley.  He came the same day, diagnosed the problem and got me back on line in a short time.  He also updated the laptop and put the Start Menu back on it because it disappeared when my laptop updated automatically to Windows 8.1.  Chris is professional, knowledgeable and courteous.  He gave me the Angie's List discount, and I will use him again in the future. 

I called to inquire about their repair services.  Chris was very polite.  He said they even come to your home to repair your computer.  The price was reasonable so I asked when he could come do the repair.  He was here in an hour as promised.  Was very professional.  Completed the requested repair of replacing my broken laptop fan (I already had the replacement part) and was done in about an hour.  Easiest repair job I've ever paid for.  Well worth every penny.  Laptop is working great.  Thanks Chris!

Absolutely stellar resource for all problems related to home computers. Chris installed a new SSD hard drive and found/fixed several other problems with an aging desktop PC of ours, which is now serving as a fantastic media computer. We were so happy with his help that we just had him back to tune up a barely-functional laptop, which is as good as new now. Well worth his (very reasonable) fees to keep older computers running well rather than replacing them all the time.

Called before arrival, and stayed until all was completed.  He was here for over 3 hours.  I had a number of things for him to work on...I have 3 pcs, and all had a problem.  He also was able to address issues with other devices.

Chris came out on Friday and had the computer back to us on Monday. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely use him again and will recommend him to others.
