These guys are great. They are talented and nice and on time. My carpets had some serious stains. The stains are gone the carpet is beautiful and my wife is happy!!

He was very accomodating to my schedule and showed up at 7:30 in the morning on a Sunday. He was friendly and quick and was able to get most stains out. The only stain that did not come out was nail polish or paint, so that was expected. He is a veteran who offers a military discount. I didn't realize he would not be able to accept a credit card and I didn't have my checkbook with me, but he was understanding and just let me drop a check off at his house. I'll end up replacing the carpet eventually, but the cleaning will give me another year or two.

Personnel arrived on time. Quickly set up their equipment. They listened and followed instructions regarding exercising care while cleaning. Cleaned carpet in all rooms excluding under some furniture not needing cleaning such as sofa and under beds. They did move some furniture to clean which I told them they did not have to which I regarded as a plus for them. I was very pleased for the service regarding the price. Personnel were polite and represented their company in a very good light.

I went online to find a carpet cleaning service in my area and found America's Choice Carpet Cleaning service in the yellow pages listing. The reviews listed gave them very high marks. I called the company and spoke to a friendly and courteous representative. I told him how many rooms needed cleaning and he quoted me a price which I thought was very reasonable. We set a date for that same week and the rest is history; I am a very happy camper!

My wife decided that the carpets were not up to standard upon moving in. Before we started to place the furniture in, she wanted to clean the carpets. We made the trip to rent a carpet cleaner at a big box store but I was able to contact America's Choice after hours and they were kind enough to schedule us two days later, even when our schedules called for after-hours service. They responded earlier than planned, set-up their equipment and completed the service without incident; well, the tech had a hard time hooking up the hose but after I helped him with that he was able to finish quickly. The only thing was that the carpets needed more work than just one pass and the tech wouldn't.even then, the service was completed without a hitch.

The ease of communicating my concerns to America's Choice took alot of worry from me. The inspection discussion and his honesty about the carpet not looking like new in some areas was a breath of fresh air, it showed moral character. The dry time was about 4 hours and we had no problems afterwards or during the cleaning.

The cleaner arrived on time and also sent a text earlier to let me know that they were inroute. They brought in hoses from their trailer, they were careful not to break anything while they were setting up. I noticed that throughout the job, the cleaner used caution when he moved his hoses from one room to another. He pre-sprayed and treated the spots first in each room, then he began the actual cleaning. When he was finished, he promptly took the equipment outside and came back to conduct our final business with respect to my satisfaction and payment. He then proceeded to put his equipment in his vehicle. We were very happy with the service.
