Charlie came out to a**** my systems and make a recommendation for upgrade. He reviewed all the current available options and thoroughly explained all the different systems and their benefits. He found me a great deal on better units than I had originally hoped to install and took care of everything to get the old units replaced.
Charlie then made sure that I had all the information I needed to get the rebate that my power company was offering, which I did.
He came out again when I experienced an issue and got it taken care of immediately. I would recommend Kewl Aire to anyone who needs A/C help.

Originally I had scheduled your call with a three hour window, but your wife called and mentioned she could not make the time scheduled. So we set a time of 4pm.
