I was very impressed that Air Care was out to assess my problem with the failed air handler unit on a Friday and available to install the new unit the following Saturday morning. They came out promptly as scheduled at 0800 on Saturday morning right and installed the new unit. The installers were professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves and even hauled away my new unit for me. I was also impressed by the Air Care’s honesty, because they didn’t try to sell me a complete system. They told me up front that I could use my old Carrier compressor with my new Trane air handler unit and that both units would be compatible (this saved me a considerable sum of money). I did take their advice and go with a variable speed air handler motor in the unit for reduction of operating noise, energy efficiency, and regulating humidity better in the house. I paid a little more for this unit , but feel in the long run I will have a better system. Air Care really exceeded my expectations and I intend to use them in the future for my regular maintenance of the units. I like their honesty, responsivness, follow-up, and overall attention to customer service. I will definetly reccomend them to my friends and neighbors.
They were prompt with the installation and were very friendly. I have been using their services for the last 3 years, even for my annual service. They did a good job and I will continue to use them in future.
"After install of a new unit the customer noticed dirt on wall from installing thermostat. Air Care hired a paint contractor to paint entire wall at no expense to the customer. The wall was painted to the satisfaction of the customer with in ten days. Customer did not communicate to the office about gas leak. When the customer did call the office about a possible gas leak the problem was corrected the same day as the call to our office. Air Care is not aware of any leak in roof. This was never comunicated to Air Care. We have since provided a annual cleaning and check to the customers units. No communication to company service technician or office about any leaks at time of annual cleaning."
"Air Care replaced a motor and wheel in May 2005. Customer had a A/C company other than Air Care looked at the unit in fall of 2006. That A/C company told the customer to call Air Care as the motor might be under warranty. Customer called Air Care and service technician diagnosed problem to be with motor again. The one year warranty for this motor had expired from the manufacture. We were under no obligation due to the expired warranty from the manufactureto replace the motor at no charge. Air Care decided to replace the motor at the expense to Air Care. Air Care has never been contacted about leak or damage to roof or ceiling. Air Care learned about this issue by looking on Angie's List. Air Care called the customer and they changed residency."
