We got the feeling right from the first handshake that we were dealing with a honest/trustworthy technician (if you use this company, ask for Eddie Martinez--he's the type of guy you would want as your neighbor!). Not only did he enjoy the heating and air trade (17 yrs exp), he is also very loyal to the company (Air Authority LLC) he works for.

They came out for winter/ heater cleaning and they will be coming out soon for spring / AC cleaning

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. It was all right. There was no extra charge. I probably would not use them again. One person came out and it took him about an hour to complete the job. They found a problem and the price for the problem was just terrific. The area was left in excellent condition.

They showed me exactly where it was. He was very professional and did a good job. The tune up led into finding the issue with the furnace. It was two people. They were there almost the whole day, 7 hours. They showed me everything they were saying that was wrong and they were going to do, they explained it right up front when they found the issue, said it will cost x amount to fix it, what do you want to do. They cleaned up everything and swept around what they had left and everything.

Everything working correctly, but suggestions were made on improving efficency.

I think they did a good job. I signed a contract, so they waived the fee for draining the line.

Excellent! The tech Chester was as nice & professional, & knowledgeable as can get, & inspected & adjusted all components as needed, & then answered all questions that I had. I am hiring them again in a week or so to change out an incorrect size & type gas heater flu pipe that also has non-conforming & dangerous connection. I definitely will recommend them to all!

I used their Angie's list deal to get my furnace checked before winter. They were right on time and did not try to sell me other products or services.

The owner is the one who called and was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and even through in a UV light with the package I was looking for. I knew what I wanted already (a Trane XR-15, with variable air handler, but he explained everything in much more detail than the other 3 HVAC companies that I received quotes from. Three techs showed up on time. Two worked on the inside unit and one on the outside. On the inside they laid down tarps throughout the hallways and used booties. They were all very professional and polite. Would recommend to anyone looking for someone to trust. Oh and the UV light was actually broken when he installed, but had sent someone the very next day to change it out. Overall I would give their service an A and their price and A.

Rick quickly determined that the time delay circuit board was burned out. He repaired the system in 30 minutes. While he was into the system, he checked the freon pressures and amps on each electrical component. Please note, the price listed below is the trade fee charged by my home warranty. Repair cost would probably be higher without a warranty.

So happy I decided to go with Air Authority. Called and spoke with Michelle, who was friendly and scheduled someone to come out within the hour. Rick called first and showed up when he said he would. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to diagnose the problem and do the necessary repairs quickly. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. I am extremely pleased and will definitely recommend Air Authority LLC.
