Air 3000

Everything went smoothly and the techs were very knowledgeable and worked well together.

Air 3000 installed both our upstairs and downstairs units from Trane. First, they over sold us on what we needed, causing an imbalance. The upstairs unit is larger than it needs to be, leaving the air cold and clammy upstairs while too warm downstairs. Second, they installed the unit incorrectly upstairs causing the coils to constantly freeze. Eventually, their failed install caused the pan to overflow into our ceiling and into the wall in our bathroom. We have over $8,000 in water damage. This has been 2 years of **** trying to make it all right. Do not let them into your home.

It went very well. Once the faucet was fixed I had them drain the water heater and repair two other toilets.

Lupe and his tech took care of my plumbing issues professionally and courteously. Their plumbing expertise was evident as they worked quickly and efficiently producing quality work.

Tried them on a leaking kitchen faucet wanted $400????!!!! Cancelled! Will NEVER use them again.

The guys immediately identified the issue and were able to quickly procure the necessary parts and have the work done in less than 2 hours total. The installation is clean and professional looking and I couldn't be more satisfied with the way the service was handled from scheduling to completion. Will be my go to plumber from here on out.

After we purchased a special offer through Angie's List the company e-mailed immediately asking for 3 dates that would be agreeable for them to do the work. They quickly followed up to schedule an appointment. They arrived on time, got right to work and finished the job in no time. Everything is working great.

I made an appointment to have them check for leaks around the toilet in our upstairs half bath (there are water stains on the ceiling below). Two fellows showed up on the day/time scheduled, and they checked all bathroom toilets for leaks and found none, stating they believed the stains could have been caused by an overflow at some point in the past. They also readjusted our kitchen sink faucet head so that it would easily retract after we pull it out to use the spray feature. Overall I was happy with the work; I'd use 'em again.

I had a hard time getting a hold of them. Once I did they set an appointment to come out. I cleaned everything out of my bathroom so they would have better access. They didn't show up and didn't even bother to call.

The two young gentlemen examined my toilet, noting it seemed to be in nearly new condition and functioning properly. They also inspected an apparent leak at the site of the city water line in my front yard. They also inspected the other bathroom which is undergoing remediation and made some recommendations in that regard. All-in-all, they were very respectful and professional.

The service was great and the time from which i called to make the service request, i received an ac tech in 2 hours and he had it up and running within an hour. The price was unbeatable, but best of all i had 2 other ac comanies come out to give me quotes and i was told by both that i need a new unit, but the tech from Air3000 first said he would try a good cleaning add a new filter, as well as adding some frion before he recomment replacing the unit, and sure enough it worked better than perfect. The honesty is what will keep me using them.

Installation of outside unit went well. Since then service has been the worst!!!!!!! After we bought the unit (one year ago), we had issues with the unit freezing up and not cooling the house. We called and they sent an technician who was not able to trouble shoot the problem. The second event was also the unit freezing up, and they sent a technician who was training a new technician. They said they fixed the issue, but yet they left their equipment behind attached to the unit. We continue to have problems with ongoing problems of unit freezing and now on the third call and they will not even answer the phone. They cannot tell you when the technicians will be there, and it is currently 7:00 pm central time with no technician on the property. This started on the weekend and it is Thursday evening. In TX this is not the situation you want to be in with elderly parents living in the house.I if we ever get this repaired, we will not be using this business again.

They also gave me a one year warranty. They showed up on time for the appointment. They seemed to be priced just right. They were efficient and polite.

They did both my propane heaters but it was a Friday evening and the technician forgot to turn in the invoice to the company. So couple of months went by and I was wondering why my home warranty company hadn't done something about it, so I finally checked in, I called the company said, they didn't have a record of ever being out here. Then they found the invoice and I was fairly upset because the propane went and we went back and forth and they eventually said the only way they would come back out would be another $60 service charge. I said you didn't even fulfill your obligation the first time, so I turned in the paperwork and you want to charge me $60 more? I said, no, you just need to come out free and they said, you need a second opinion because we are never coming back to your house. They never came out so I ended up paying another company $60 to come out and they checked and it turned out I have had a bow on my propane paint on the ceiling, so after I repaired that, they took care of the leak inside. So that is what the technician told me, that is one of the reasons I wasn't too worried about getting them back out, I was waiting for my warranty company deal with it but it ended up being an annoying problem because I have had two inspections since then and no call. My home warranty company charges me $60 any time somebody comes out and they file with the repairs, so they charged me to come out but they lost the invoice and I am not sure why my home warranty company didn't say where was the invoice, what were the results. When I talked to them, they said they never got anything that is what caused me to call the company back and find out they never submitted it. It took me about four or five months before I saw any results, had somebody else come out and check the problem.

The AC was freezing up and water was condensating and dripping off the unit. I had Air 3000 come out and evaluate the unit. They were here within a few hours and walked me through the problems. Decided a new unit was in order and arranged for one to be installed in 2 days. Installation went smooth and the unit works very well. They offered several upgrades to the unit (i.e. UV light) and checked and re-hung all the air conduits. The workmanship appears to be very well done. Easy to work with. Very competitive pricing. Would use again.

I do majority of my home repair though American Home Shield (AHS) they contacted Air 3000 in regards to repairing my microwave and ice maker. They first visited my home on 15 Feb 13 to do the assessment. After the assessment I was told that it would take a week to get the parts and that they would contact me next week about the return appointment. Well, that never happened. I made contact on 8 Mar 13 and was given the run around. They said they need more time to get the part from the manufacture and they will call with an update. Again that never happened. On 15 Mar 13 I contacted AHS about the trouble and push back that I was receiving. During that call the representative contacted Air 3000 to discuss the problem. The results from that conversation was that all the parts where received and Air 3000 would contact me on 18 Mar 13 to schedule the installation. 18 Mar 13 comes and goes without a phone call for Air 3000. I call AHS on 19 Mar 13 to further discuss the problem. During that conversation It was relayed that they were still missing a part. I call Air 3000 on the same day and receive the same run around that I got in the beginning. So it has been over a month and my appliances are still broken. Terrible company with terrible customer service, I will never do business with them again.

Contacted Air 3000 about Winter and Summer check ups. They game me a price over the phone and their rep came out to our home. He completed check of equipment and I signed a contract for the preventive main for the Heat and AC for our home. We are currently under a Home Warrenty Contact we got when we bought this home. We checked with them and Air 3000 was one of their venders. So when we found out they were also on Angie's List we went Air 3000 for the service and contact. Now if anything does go wrong our Home Warrenty will also use them as a vender. So far we are very pleased with what Air 3000 has done for us.

They had to come out because we had issues with repair company. They checked because the refrigerator was not cooling. They took it apart and found the problem. The back of the freezer was frozen which was preventing air from being distributed to the other side. He got here at two o'clock and left at three o'clock. The only thing that he has left is to replace a broken part, and it will be working perfectly.
