Description of Work: I needed a new airconditioner unit and fan. The company president came out and talk to me about my options. He did not push any product but told me the lifetime expectations and differences between the different models. They came on the day specified and installed everything. He even helped me to fill out the energy saver tax forms. It was a great service I will definitely go back for my next A/C issue. Maria Worley

Description of Work: I was having issues with my A/C running more than I thought it should and not cooling properly. The service rep. that arrived on time cleaned and flushed out the evaporator coils and charged with freon and suggested a couple of ideas to help the unit run more effieciently. He did not try to sell me something extra that wasn't needed. He was very professional and I will definitely call them again when needed and recommend the company to my friends and family. I was very satisfied!

Description of Work: Great service. Technician was very knowledgeable correct what was needed. I was willing to pay for an installation to correct a possible problem, instead, technician gave a few recommendations to try before spending additional money. I even signed up for a service agreement.

Description of Work: I didn't want to disclose how much I paid but it was worth it. I had a long list of Handyman jobs (put in a larger cat door and garage attic exhaust fan), outside repairs (remove rotting fascia board and replace with Hardie Plank and paint), and electrical rewiring (drop new cable and telephone connections and outdoor underground power outlets). The man who did the electrical work (Milt James) was great and patient while he worked through fixing and replacing all the wiring I had done in the past and also the numerous changes I made while the project was in progress. It took 2-3 times the time they had estimated for the project at no additional charge. The same for the man who did the carpentry work. I made numerous changes while the project was in progress and doubled it's scope (with a new estimate) when we found more rotted wood. Have used them before and probably will again. John
