Description of Work: Rick called me back right away. Was extremely helpful and gave me great feedback on what route I should take next. I did not use his service, as my warranty through LG was a better route to go (even though I still had to pay LG $300). Thank you, Rick, for being honest and helpful. Description of Work: Rick did some troubleshooting on my Clothes Washer. Diagnosed my problem after checking things out. He was probably there with tools in hand for 45 minutes and then tried to tell me I did not owe him any money!! I insisted on him taking $60 which he finally did.....Very upbeat and courteous young man. I have passed on his business card to all my San Antonio tenets.

+ -1 moreGreat service that goes above and beyond. I called and Rick responded immediately. We set up an appointment and he arrived promptly. He diagnosed the problem, (It was the control board on our 12 year old dryer.) and said he could have the replacement part by the next day. He called the next day, and very efficiently and neatly replaced part, and he also cleaned the washer take back vent because it was needed. I will definitely use him again! He is great!
