"This client built a home at Lake Corpus Christi, over one hundred miles from our office. We were asked by Randy Robinson to do the work. We were hesitant to do this because of the remote location, but agreed to do it after discussing the logistics problems this would create. From the time we bid for the work to the time it was completed, the construction changed and we were required to redesign the systems in order to make the equipment fit. Also, after the equipment was installed, the client required that we move it to another location. This required a lot of added time and cost. The [Removed Member Name], while apparently nice people, were very demanding, micro managing the work of our employees and were not willing to pay for the extra costs related to their changes. When the job was completed, the [Removed Member Name] short paid our invoices, leaving us having done the work at a loss. This job did not end well. I can understand their not being happy. Neither were we. We worked very hard to meet unreasonable expectations."
I contacted 1st Choice Air Conditioning and Heating Services for warranty work on the ducting for the air conditioner of my new home. I made an appointment for some time the next morning and the technicians were to call before arriving. There seemed to be a misunderstanding and I called to ask about the status of the appointment when there was no call by 11:30AM. The Dispatcher was busy and couldn?t take my call but early that afternoon the air conditioner service techs, Julian and Anthony arrived. They were cordial and professional and after I showed them the sagging and kinked air conditioner return duct in the attic, they went right to work.
Their work went beyond my expectations. They added additional supports and straightened the air return duct. They also removed the kink in the duct that prevented efficient operation of the system. When they were done, they invited me to inspect their work and stated that they weren't done until I was happy with the quality of the repair. They completed the paperwork and instead of rushing off, they took the time to explain what other warranty services were covered and the availability of 1st Choice Air Conditioning and Heating Services for emergency work.
I appreciated Julian?s and Anthony?s professionalism and dedication to doing the best work possible. Despite the scheduling misunderstanding, I would not hesitate to recommend or call on 1st Choice Air Conditioning and Heating Services.
