walk in less than an hour for repair and rotation

I thought it went great and they were friendly. I use my car to to go to and from work; and when I would park I would feel like the tire was going to come off. So we took it back there to Tom's Tires amd they said that their alignment was done properly and that was not the issue. When I took it to another shop to check the alignment, they told me that one wheel was trying to push onto the other tire-rod. The new place had to replace the tire-rod and do the alignment all over again. We have used Tom's Tires before in the past and have spent a lot of money there on tires, but when there finally was an issue they were not willing to correct the problem for us.
