Superior Services

This started out to be a very negative review, but in the end, I am happy. One of their technicians came out on Saturday without charge to correct an issue from the previous day.
As a result, I would say this company is very responsive in correcting problems if you talk to the right person.
Just don't sign off on the ticket until you are sure they have done everything you had intended.
The positives are that their prices are more reasonable than some and they do offer 24-hour service (for a  price) but their employees are not necessarily master plumbers.

They are too good. It is a relocated drain and it is little croaky but he spent considerable time one day trying to do it even though he could not finish it, so he came next morning taking couple of hours. Then he gave me a bill for $485 and I told him that it was not acceptable for cleaning a drain out there. I couldn’t spend that much money as I am older. I talked to the owner of the company and they agreed that he spent too much time and the bill included the trap and everything else but meanwhile they reduced it from $485 - $173. The person who came out to do the job was a young fellow whose ambition he said was that he knew what he was doing but he didn’t. He had a little attitude but a good worker. At last they got it done and it is still working.

This isn't the first time I have called Superior.  They come out when they say they will.  Following some other service person's work is often problematic, but the workmen from Superior don't complain and rant, they just set about working to get it right.  Sure, I would call them again.  They worked clean and were polite and actually have the tools they need WITH them.  I thought the bill was high, but I'm so relieved to actually get something done correctly that I just grind my teeth and pay the bill.

Later had to replace water heater again because water softener was set too high.  Person doing the work was rude.  After that I found another service provider.

Called for a repeat problem and they responded within a few hours. At this point the latest repair appears to have fixed the problem.

The service was done to our satisfaction.

Quality service. They are time sensitive to the customer. They are reasonably/comparably priced. They are 24 hour service.

They did an excellent job. They were very good, professional, and timely. They also worked through lunch to get the job done.

The serviceman checked all the "vitals" of the unit, cleaned it and put it back together promptly.  I have been using this service for years and have never had a bad experience with them.

I use them all the time.  They offer a maintenance agreements and I think it is a good idea because the heating and air conditioning system went beyond its expected life.  They come out twice a year to check the system.  They change the filter and check the parts for robust work.  I will continue to use this provider again in the future.  If we are under service contract, they take 10% off the parts.  If we have an emergency breakdown, they don't charge overtime or special charges to come out.  Sometimes, they are a little high on price.  I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

Their service is consistently prompt and professional.  They may well not be the cheapest provider around, but they are reliable, trustworthy, and courteous.

Our unit was in good condition. We are ready for the winter.

The entire process went extremely well - I can recommend this company highly!

When I called for service to repair my Air Conditioner I spoke with Reba . I explained that I thought that the capcitor had gone out again on the outside unit of my Air Conditioner. They had replaced about one year earlier. When I asked if she thought I might receive any type of price break if the same problem exists, she said she din't think so she would have to ask her boss. I then asked when i could expect a repair man to visit the house she said she didn't know i would just have to wait. . When I reminded her that the outside temperatures were reaching 105 and that the house would be getting house quickly she relayed that I would just have to wait. My wife and I are both senior citizens. I will not ever bother to call this company again for service.
