He is a nice guy and appears to know what he is talking about. However he did not do the job correctly and I am still having issues.

While Luke with Knowater Roofing was very personable, he failed to complete the repairs. He said he would come back to replace a rotted board and it still has not been repaired. In addition, Luke used shingles that do not match the rest of the roof! It is a year later and leaks are starting to show. I am very disappointed that Luke failed on these tasks, he seemed very trustworthy. Time to find a new roofer.

This is by far the best roofer who responded in a rapid time for the emergency repair of a water leak, and did a complete and neat job. This repair was accomplished in the rain which really surprised me. I would and will recommend this company to all of my friends and neighbors.

My husband and I called several companies for roofing estimates but Luke Duell was the first to respond. He was very thorough and professional and provided us with the best price. His team was very hardworking and precise. The clean up was quick and nothing was left behind. Luke Duell called as soon as I put in the request and came that afternoon. I needed to have a botched gutter instillation repaired and asked about solar turbines on my roof. I hired him after he gave the estimate and he actually started that day working until dark. Luke was professional and pleasant and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Each member of his crew was professional and knew what they were doing, (so refreshing). They repaired & sealed the gutters, installed solar turbines, trimmed trees and never stopped working. I got an honest assessment of the issues with my roof. He didn't try to say I needed more work than I actually did, he came out promptly and he fixed the problem area plus did some maintenance on my roof and gave me honest estimates on the cost for a new roof if I did decide to replace it. Overall an excellent experience.

Fast service,, Luke showed photos of the damage. Also patched the metal roof on my storage shed. Can not see the stains on the celing, with the great patching Strongly recommend.

Very friendly. Came out quickly to access damage once called. Showed up ready to work and knocked out the repair in no time flat. They used adhesive membrane vs typical tar paper which was a pleasant surprise. Waiting for next rain to see how it works out but was assured if it did leak they would come fix it. I will use them again in the future.
