They came within a couple of hours and worked until after 10:00 p.m. on the roof. They wore hat lights to see and finished in a timely manner. The next day the supervisor walked the roof, repaired whatever they missed in the dark. He then showed me how the roof had been put on originally, and then how it should have been done We were impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Thank you guys!!!.

If you have an appointment add extra time, sorry to say but being punctual is not one of Luke Duell's virtue.My son received a lot of damage due to some storms and he had a leak which he just could not stop. I contacted Luke and he came out and we got an estimate and I decided that it not only was a good deal, but also that he could fit my son's roof into his busy schedule, he was just the right man for the job at hand. His one worker named Billy is a great worker and he explained things to me. After the roof was installed and another storm came my son had a small leak and Luke came right over and sealed it the same morning when my son called (was a small leaked by the vent cover which was not completely sealed). My son liked their work and is very please the way the roof looks.

I called many roofing companies to check my roof after the five days of rain and a couple days of hail. The company gave me a free estimate and gave me different financing options for my budget and they immediately repaired the damage area of my roof. I could not believe it, because I use up all the funds to pay most of my bills and was left with some funds in my savings account. Mr. Luke told me it was ok. I did put down $750.00 so the company could get started with the repair of the roof. This was very reasonable for me. The financing was within my budget. Thank so much No Water Roofing.

The company representative was very pleasant and courteous as well as the workers. They where neat and clean and completed the task at hand in a timely matter. I highly recommend the company.

He was the first to contact us with an estimate. He came out the next day to look at our project and discuss costs. He was very polite, very helpful, and stressed that he would immediately respond to any questions we might have. Within the week, our project was completed and seems to have been done very well. We are happy with the work.

The owner, Luke is extremely helpful, explains the process in detail, and treats the owner well by listening to what you want done. He'll explain the pro's and con's of each choice of shingle. The workmanship was done well. His master roofer has a lifetime of experience, so he knows how to solve difficulties with the approval of the business owner and the home owner. Be prepared for great amount of mess when the old roof comes off. They strip it down to the bare wood. Then, replace any rotten wood. After that they cover the roof with a plastic type material which is stronger than ordinary tar paper. Finally, the shingles are installed. So, the project involves an extreme amount of material to be moved. (Just be sure to tell them where the roof nails must be kept away from...but they do take a huge magnet and 'sweep' up all the nails.) I'm quite proud of my new roof and have showed it off to my neighbors. I believe this roof will last much longer than the standard 15-20 years because of the quality of material and the professional installation. Highly recommended!
