They came out and had trouble finding the part they need to repair. They went above and beyond by going to the south side to get the parts.

They did a real good job.

We were very pleased with the entire process, beginning with Cody Murray coming out to the house to inspect and give an estimate. I continued to have questions for him and was able to contact him via telephone without an issue. He scheduled the date to change the units out and this went very well.

There’s a ton of air conditioning / heating businesses in San Antonio. As you’ve probably already discovered, they’re not created equal.
I want a firm I can trust to do the job right the first time and to be there on short notice if my AC or heater gives out, regardless whether it’s a week day, weekend or holiday. I’m happy to report Murray Air Conditioning, Inc., fits the bill perfectly.
Jason has been our service technician for about three years and I couldn’t be happier. When Uncle Sam sent me to Korea, I worried about lots of things back home, but I didn’t worry that my wife and dogs would be stuck in a sweltering or freezing house because I knew Jason could and would promptly repair any air conditioning or heating issues. He’s helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable.

The work was contracted out to this company via our general contractor. The Murray Crew not only did the work they were contracted to do, they performed additional work without asking for additional compensation. While leveling the base for the A/C unit they were replacing, they also leveled out an existing unit. They installed decking in the attic for the air handler and installed extra decking around the unit and along the path from the attic entry to the air handler. While they were here my neighbor's A/C unit went out and my neighbor asked the tech working in my house if he could take a look. The tech went over and flipped a switch and did not charge taking the look or flipping the switch that had tripped.
They went above and beyond and finding a company willing to do more than what is expected is a treat.
The owner of the company was very attentive to the small details.

For the most part they were good. They were responsive and came right out. I will use them again in the furture.
