We had a fantastic experience with this company! They called 30 minutes before they arrived, within the window that they estimated. The technician assessed the situation and told me we needed new springs. He also noted that he did not see any other issues up front. This is refreshing as most companies try and hustle extra money out of you for additional and possibly unnecessary work. He was finished in no time and even greased some of the equipment to tune it up.

It went very well. They came in the rain. Were professional, quick and did an excellent job!

I crashed into my garage door. It looked completely unrepairable, but somehow the service person, Cord, was able to fix it. It works great. It was an "emergency" over the weekend, and Complete Overhead Door was very responsive. I have now used them twice in the last few months and I have been very pleased. Cord is the service person that performed both jobs and he did great. I highly recommend the company, and Cord.

I called and scheduled the same day for an estimate. Cord W. came out to our home in Garland and was on time. He happened to have a Lift Master on his truck and it was exactly the type we wanted. It was definitely an upgrade from the 18 year old we had. He gave me the coupon price and had it installed in less than an hour. He programmed my car and explained all the bells and whistles to my husband and I. We old definitely recommended and use them again!

Extremely expensive for 30 minutes of work and the door still is malfunctioning.

Complete Overhead Door came and fixed both of our garage doors:  single and double.  I was extremely satisfied with the service.  Cord, the service person, did a fantastic job of telling me everything prior to doing anything.  He was very knowledgeable and did great work.  Both doors seem to have a better fit and are much quieter.  We have used other garage door companies before and continued to have problems.  I will always use Complete Overhead Door from now on.

Ryan really went the extra mile! He was on time, professional, and friendly. Not only did he fix the problem with the garage door, but he also taught me how garage doors operate and how to diagnose and fix problems myself. He even reattached a piece of drywall that had fallen down onto the spring.

I purchased the Angie's list deal. Called Complete Overhead Door to schedule the appointment. They were able to come out the same day! Matt the installer was friendly, professional and on time. The job was completed in a timely fashion. I could not ask for a better transaction! Thank you!

Cord repaired the wiring to my garage door sensors and he went the extra mile when he noticed one of the bulbs was burnt out in the overhead light. He said he would replace it if I had a bulb. He was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use Overhead Doors again!

Eric was on site by 8:30am and called local door mgr to verify if panel was available and in stock.  Guaranteed to pick up the door panel and complete the install that day. Two other companies representatives that came out claimed they couldn't get that same mgr door panel and certainly not complete the install in one day.  Eric did a good job and kept me informed of the work being done.

The service worked out okay. They charged me for more services. Their communication could have been better. I had to call them again because there was something they didn't do right. They came back to fix it.
