They are professional. They clean up and they are excellent. They responded very quickly. We pay an annual fee and we get a discount. When we call them, they are there within twenty four hours. They are very professional and they are up front. Their cost usually comes lower than what they estimated.

"Dear [Member Name], I apologize for what happened on your service call situation. Sometimes events happen in plumbing that make us run way or ahead or more often way behind on calls. The particular day you called, we were fully booked and offered you stand by status if we were able to get our other jobs completed by the end of the day. Several of our jobs that day ran into the next day and we stayed on those just like we would have if it had been your home. We had to finish what we already had started. I am sure we offered the next day . The reason you were quoted the 200.00 emergency fee was due to the fact that we were not able to make the call on regular hours that day or evening and all our plumbers had been out all day. The emergency service fee is not a money making charge on our part. We give 150.00 of that to our techs who have already usually worked 10 to 12 hours that day to help compensate for them having to work more hours after work and leave their families. I assure you there was no bait and switch involved because we make no extra money after hours except for the technicians. We try very hard to take the best care of our clients in everyway but sometimes there is just not enough of us to get to everything and we have to reschedule service calls. We try to always prioritize best we can and we always try to communicate to our clients keeping them up to date on our status. I greatly apologize that we were not able to get to you in a timely manor and hope we can be of service to you in the future. We value you as a customer very much. I have a new expansion tank and they have completed the tub faucet rebuild. All the work was done as promised and they were polite, prompt and neat.
