Description of Work: Even though they did not work on my washer what they did do is respond to my initial call before any other company. They had a helpful and knowledgeable person on the phone. They ordered the part. Called back to and gave me an update. As it was the machine stopped what it was doing and I didn't end up needing them but I will surely call them back when I need a repair company.

Description of Work: They were great. I have used them twice & each time that I called, they asked a few questions & diagnosed the problem. The repairman was very prompt & professional. I have referred them to a friend when they had washing machine problems. I would most definite call them again if the occasion arises.

 + -1 moreMy washer started getting loud during operation and would go out of balance frequently. Then it stopped spinning and really got loud. I called Tri-City and gave them the information. They said due to the age of the washer and the cost of repair that it would be best just to replace the unit.
Description of Work: Tri-City took in all the needed info from me and then made the assesment to have me replace the washer rather than try and fix the old unit. Saved me the price of a visit. I did not buy the new unit from from them so they nothing to gain by telling me to replace the old washer.

 + -1 moreIt took two trips to get the new dishwasher installed because the water valves were stuck and I had to get a plumber to come and replace them before the installation. Very pleased with the end result. Not sure about the price because I didn't take the time to compare prices. The last one I had installed (different brand) cost $100 less, but this time I was in a hurry to get it done and it was done quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: Contacted Tri-City about our Whirlpool dryer, the person who answered the phone suggested troubleshooting the problem before sending someone out. If the problem could be fixed, we would save the price of a service call. After performing the test we called Tri-City back and they came out the same day and replaced the heating element. The service person also checked our dishwasher while he was here, and did not charge extra for it.

 + -1 moreWe have an oven with self cleaning. It washes itself when you put it in self cleaning mode. My oven didn?t unlock for some reason. I called them instead of buying a new oven. So they came out to fix it and everything was good. They were on time and were friendly. They did a good job as well.
