I have been getting my home cleaned by The Cleaning Authority/Round Rock for a number of years now. Team #12 - Gabriela and Elizabeth are the best! I know that my home has been cleaned thoroughly and that they ensure to do an amazing job each time they come out. I really do love the way Gabriela takes charge and no matter who comes with her, she knows exactly how I like my home cleaned. I can always tell when Gabriela is out. My home is just not as sparkly clean when Gabriela is not present. Team # 12 is the best team, however, Team # 7 had to come out when Gabriela was out sick and they did an awesome job as well. I definitely recommend The Cleaning Authority to anyone looking to get their home cleaned professionally.

Evelyn and Laura did our initial cleaning and did an eXcellent job. I was very happy with the work they did. Hope to see them again.

I used to use Cleaning Authority and was VERY happy, but then I moved and tried another service. That other service was terrible - I was so happy to find out that Cleaning Authority did indeed service my area. I immediately hired them and am not looking back- the same professional service and attention to detail has continued with Evelyn and Laura from Team 25. Glad to have y'all cleaning my home again!

Jessica Flores came by to look at the work to be done and to give me an estimate and explain how everything worked. She was very professional, and we set up an appointment for my first cleaning. Maria and Ana arrived on time and were very professional. They cleaned the den first so as not to interfere with watching ballgames later. they did and outstanding job, even accomplishing some things I wasn't expecting at all. I had been able to set up with management for my credit card to be charged, so that didn't require interrupting a ballgame. I have set up to have my house cleaned by the Cleaning Authority of Round Rock on a regular basis. They 1brought their own equipment and worked without a need for supervision. The house sparkles!

Ana and Marisol did a wonderful job. They were thorough and professional. Had a problem with scheduling. Was told they would arrive 8-8:30. They arrived at 12:23 and completed the job at 5:56. I called at 9:23 and was told they were scheduled to arrive between 11:30 and 1:30. I had asked for a later time and was told if one became available they would call me and let me know. Office did not call to let me know of the time change. The punctuality problem was NOT Ana and Marisol's. Due to the excellent work of Ana and Marisol I will use again unless the scheduling problems continue.

Ana and Marisol did the initial thorough cleaning and the first bi-weekly cleaning. They did a really good job, and we will have them as our regular cleaners. They provided the services as promised and we are very pleased.

What a wonderful job Elva and Rosy did cleaning my house! Everything shines! The ladies did a deep cleaning which took about 3 hours, but they did a remarkable job cleaning overall and getting into nooks and crannies. I am very pleased with the work they performed and look forward to the Cleaning Authority coming to my home again!

Carmen and Veronica, from Cleaning Authority, arrived to do a deep cleaning of my house. Not only had my work schedule prevented me from doing regular chores, but I had just come back from vacation where one of my dogs had apparently suffered from separation anxiety, and I had attempted to remedy the situation on my own (thanks to Google searches) with baking powder and vinegar... which, is not, at least the way I did it, the best solution. On top of everything, I had to take business calls from the house the entire time they were here. Both women were very professional, and worked hard to work around my business calls while trying to clean up my baking soda/vinegar fiasco. The house looked wonderful when they finished. I highly recommend Cleaning Authority, and Carmen and Veronica.

Great! Team #20 cleaned spectacularly. Diana and Yeneir worked very diligently wiping all surfaces including pictures, doors, baseboards, windows and anything needing cleaning. They cleaned out kitchen ceiling fixture, wiped down all blinds and scrubbed bathrooms, washed floors and vacumned. More than I expected and very glad they came. Great job girls. You are special.

The Cleaning Authority did an excellent job, and continues to do so, cleaning our home.

They are excellent. I have never had a negative experience with them.

They were prompt and on time.

The ladies do a really nice job. I've had them for 2 or 3 years. There's 2 ladies always. Elizabeth is one of them. They come in and they get everything done in about 2 hours. It's so nice because I am 85 years old and not in real good health and it's so nice to have the bathrooms clean. They always clean out the microwave and the kitchen. If I call one of the special things I'd really like to have them do, they really accommodate that. The thing that did impress is the way they clean the bathrooms and kitchen. I am really pleased with how that comes out. It's so nice to have it clean. I've been really happy with their service. I can't think of any negatives at all for what I'm paying for it. I know the Cleaning Authority is actually a franchise. I have not had a negative experience with them. It's been pretty good. I've had very good experience with them. Sometimes they rotate. Once, every one of the ladies came and they did an excellent job. We are set for Monday mornings, every 2 weeks. We know the window is 9:00 and 10:30 and we know they are going to show up. I'm retired. The only barrier I've had is sometimes another lady comes that does not speak English that well. I haven't had any problem. There's always somebody there that can interpret for her.

I just started this service and they came to do a deep clean for the first visit. They did amazing!! Yadira, Carmen, Elva and Mailet were fantastic!! They are cheaper then what I was paying and they are going to do much more then the last company!

Very good, customer service is great, dependable. The only issue is that they have a big turn over in their employment, so i've had multiple different people in my home. Some better than others, but overall great service. They make sure to come out when i call in a very prompt manner.

This service is absolutely the best housecleaning I have ever had. They are reliable, consistent, and very professional. Although I think they are a bit more expensive than other services of this kind, I am willing to pay the fare because they offer their employees paid health benefits. I wish I spoke Spanish, but if I need to communicate something extra, a telephone call to the office gets me a translator! I really look forward to the team coming - usually two persons. My house sparkles when they leave.

Mostly happy with quality and professionalism. After two price increases within a couple months, we will be trying another service.

Again, another impressive round of cleaning by L***** and Bekah! Bekah, always does an awesome job, has great personality and I'm always happy to see that they haven't taken her to another team:) L***** is Bekah's new team member and I just watched for a while to see how she worked to give an honest review. She equally does an outstanding job like Bekah, great personality and my parents commented on her being so personable and nice. Thanks TCA!.

Aside from the great job of cleaning, I had a situation with sick children and needing to leave the house. The home office worked with me and were in communication with L***** and Bekah so that they could come in time for me to leave. Only to find out that L***** and Bekah had called the office so that they could let me know that they were running late; so considerate of them all! I knew my home was in safe hands when I had to leave to pick up my children and also do some errands.

Great company. Their cleaning rotation works well and rotates to all the nooks and crannies that would otherwise never get done. I am on a 2 week rotation with them.
Viviana and Elizabeth are consistently punctual, thorough, and retain a smile while removing the nastiest and most disgusting messes my 3 boys can create.  I basically let the house deteriorate into borderline chaos in the days before they arrive.  I'm a single Dad of three little guys...so just use your imagination and you'll have good idea.  Upon my return, all is right and clean again.  Including changing all bed linens and arranging stuffed animals in cute poses.  Couldn't ask for better from them, it's near perfect every time they leave.

This review is a long time coming! The service is great and the workers are professional and easy to talk to. They come in and do their business and are very accommodating. Special mention to Bekah who leads by example, comes in with a great attitude, goes through the house to make sure that everything is very clean-she's awesome! She does a great job in training new employees too and of course her work is spectacular! *Please don't change her as that happens sometimes after giving a good review:)* I had to write this review because the last time Bekah and Natalie came, they SCOURED the house so clean, I was very impressed!! They should be commended for an excellent job. At the end of the cleaning, Bekah makes sure to let me know they are done so I can come lock up after they leave.I have used TCA when I leaved in TN and the workers here in Round Rock are by far more professional.
