About us

Our Cre8stone products of sprayed on limestone, counter tops, and concrete floors are designed to go over the customers existing material therefor requiring no tear out. With the absence of demolition we can offer our installations at a competitive price plus the added savings contributed to tear out. Though our customers are able to choose colors and patterns from our website ( www.cre8stone.com) or any other resource each job we do is truly custom. Based on the customers selection our employees color and/or carve each job by hand so colors and patterns may be matched but never duplicated. The Cre8stone products have complimented our outdoor living spaces but also given us the knowledge and ability to offer quality products throughout the home. The sprayed on limestone can be installed over brick, cement block, sheetrock, plywood, or virtually any surface indoors or out and requires no additional weight support making it ideal for interior walls, bars, fireplaces (new or existing) and on exterior walls without the costly concrete footing needed for traditional stone. The sprayed on limestone is just that, natural (real) limestone spayed on but our employees have 8 hrs to custom color and carve before it dries back to its solid state. It is best described as putting hot water in a salt shaker and shaking until the salt disappears but left in the sun until the water evaporates the salt is still there in solid form.

Wonderfully. Andre and Celso were kind, professional, helpful, and truly willing to do anything to make sure that we got the solutions that we needed. They are completely honest, and pride themselves on the highest standard of work. We will always be grateful to them. Edward and Donna Povey, Wimberley, TX
Description of Work: We needed to have our home assessed for extensive work, have solutions provided, and stucco removed. We needed detailed bids, and work on walls and driveways.

Stucco team was efficient, cleaned up after their work and was very courteous. The stucco texture was matched perfectly. The painting team matched the exterior color perfectly and was very efficient. All work was completed as projected. If you did not know the repair work was done, you could not tell the difference between the area repaired and the rest of the stucco around the home.
Description of Work: repaired one 2 foot crack in stucco, repaired another 4 inch crack in stucco both of which were under bedroom window. Also, repaired caulking around that window as well as caulking around another window and caulking at end of Austin stone facing located in front of home. Repainted the entire wall where the bedroom window was located (matching texture of stucco and paint) Also painted repair work and matched stucco at study window.

This people are so unprofessional and need to be taken off your list of great providers. They are not returning our calls, nor have they attempted to come back to finish or at least clean up the mess they left in my bathroom. I was scheduled for surgery this past friday and had to postpone it due to the fact that i will need my sink to wash off my incisions. This has been a nightmare and will never use your reviews to find someone to do work around my house ever again. I believe that you need to really screen the people that you recommend. Job started on June2, and today being June 8, the job is no where close to being finished. He told us that this was a day and half job, maybe his math is different then ours because its been a total of 7 days and still not fininshed!!!!!!! They have not returned our calls and are totally ignoring us, I am so unhappy and P***** OFF at this Andre Luna......
Description of Work: They came in to resurface my double sink in our master bedroom, after working 8 hours they left and told me they would return the next day to finish the job. As of today, June 8th nobody has showed up to finish the job, I have been stepping over plastic and brown paper which they laid on the floor for the past 6 days. My husband has called them multiple times and left plenty of messages and they have just totally ignored us. He left us with an unfinished countertop and no running water in the sinks.

Response from Luna & Luna Holdings, LLC DBA Cre8 Construction
I completely understand the frustration being shown by Mr. and Mrs. [removed member name], but I feel at this point we have remedied the situation. The job did take longer than it should have due to some misunderstood directions by my employees. The first day we went into do the work, everything went as planned - we were on schedule for a 1.5 day completion. When I sent my employees back to Mr. and Mrs. [removed member name]'s house the second day to re-install their plumbing fixtures and clean the area where we were working, thereby completing the work, Mrs. [removed member name] informed my employees that she wanted the color to be lighter, which typically we have an additional charge for but I waved it since it was one of our smallest projects and would not take many labor hours. With our system it takes another full day (mostly drying time) to achieve the color Mrs. [removed member name] wanted because it involves completely redoing the coloring process; the customer would not be able to use their vanity during this period. My employees called and told me about her request and I let them know that it was fine, but to return the bathroom to the way it was, meaning in full working order so that it could be used until I could send someone down to their house to recolor. That’s where the miscommunication started and I accept total responsibility for this part. My employees misunderstood me and left the bathroom as it was at the moment, with the fixtures in non-working order and the prep materials all over the place. They assumed I would try to send someone over the next day to complete. Being busy with multiple jobs going at the time, I didn’t have anyone to send down to San Marcos to finish the color the following day, which I didn’t think was a huge deal because I believed their bathroom was in working order. Now here’s where things went really south. I did not have capacity to send anyone to San Marcos for about 5 days, when I called Mr. [removed member name]the next week to schedule time for the recolor, he informed me they had been without a useable vanity the entire time. I was completely shocked by this information. According to Mr. and Mrs. [removed member name], I was called multiple times throughout the week. I have to disagree with them on this point. I don’t know if they called another number, but I definitely did not receive any calls or messages from them. My thought is that they called the number of a former employee who had given them the original estimate for the work. If I had known they were without their vanity, I would have put someone on it right away. As I told Mr. [removed member name] on the phone, it was completely unacceptable and a failure on our part. We were then able to schedule a time for a recolor, which I personally oversaw. I then scheduled another crew to go in the next day (Friday) to finish the job - mostly clean up and reinstallation. As happens from time to time, my crew did not show up for work. I personally went out the next day to clean up and reinstall the fixtures, and finished the clean up, but ran into some issues with the plumbing that were beyond my area of expertise. This was in the afternoon on Saturday. I couldn’t get anyone out there until the following Monday, but when I did, he got one faucet working again and had to get some parts for the other, which he got working again by Tuesday. By the end Mr. and Mrs. [removed member name] said they both loved the color of their countertop. In order to compensate Mr. and Mrs. [removed member name] for their frustration, I told them I would give them a credit for the balance of the work, which totaled $550.00. I am more than willing to take a huge amount of blame in this matter for the miscommunication that occurred and I feel horrible that they were without a working vanity for such a long period of time. I will not use the fact that I did not know about the issue as an excuse, but will ask Mr. and Mrs. [removed member name] to take the significant credit, the free recolor work and the fact that they got a countertop color they loved into account. I feel comfortable saying this, when I was made aware of the issue, I got right on it and did everything I could to bring their vanity back to working order.
