We purchased the reclining sofa in August, 2014. We purchased a warranty at that time and it has not made any difference in our service. In October, 2014 we started having problems with the sofa. They sent someone out and thought it was a minor problem. However the problem persisted. They sent someone out in January, 2015 and it was determined that it needed replacement parts. The parts did not come in until March,2015. At that time they serviced the couch and said it was fixed. However it was not fixed, so they sent a supervisor out in May, 2015. The supervisor came out and took more pictures, saying the first repair man serviced it incorrectly. I have contacted the store several times to try and work out how to get my couch fixed. I have not heard from anyone. I reached out to the dealership that order tickets go through, and no one has responded to me. I have even reached out to their corporate office and all they could tell me was that they, as the corporate office, could not get a hold of the store handling this issue.
Description of Work: They sold and repaired my reclining sofa.
