Intergrity Mechanical

One of our heat pumps died recently.  We got quotes from 3 companies, which varied by several thousand dollars.  We chose Integrity Mechanical.  Theirs was the lowest bid, but the quality is great.  They came promptly to give their bid, and when we were ready to schedule, they had it done that week. Their guarantee was better than the other two companies who bid.

Ian of Integrity Mechanical simply washed the coils and added a little freon that had leaked. He gave us good advice to watch for leaking before the warranty ran out. It was just what we needed. We got a refund from the installer company whose diagnosis was incorrect.

This was the 2nd time we have called out Integrity Mechanical, we were pleased with their service the first time for a heating problem in the winter.  This time, Ian was able to visit us the same day that I called, and worked with us towards solving our a/c problem.  Very helpful, polite and professional.

I chose them because they offered a solution that nobody else offered. We had been having issues with the builder installed systems for eight years. I was referred to Integrity Mechanical by John Moss our electrician. Jason, came out and inspected our units and provided us with a a quote. We also called a few times to ask additional questions as we reviewed quotes from other companies.  We had decided to have Integrity do the work, and they scheduled an installation for early the next week. But the weekend before the installation one of the two units to be replaced stopped working again... Jason came out on a Saturday night and got the unit restarted to make it thru to our install date ... and did not charge us for this.  Jason also knowing that we had a baby and that I worked from home called the day before installation and offered to bring window units to keep the office and nursery cool during the installation... again at no additional charge.  Jason and the team replaced both units and spent time making sure we were satisfied.  He came out the next day and measured the temperatures in all rooms to make sure the system was working as expected.
It was a very good experience with them. So I would refer them to anyone.
Update 8/11 Jason called us to make sure everything was working and that we were happy, and to see if we noticed any savings on our electric bill.  I was pleased to be able to tell Jason that even with us being in record heat that our we were using approximately 25% less energy to cool the house. That savings is a great benefit but the greatest is knowing that I chose the right company to do our Air Conditioner replacement!

The workers from Integrity are very good. They have done many repairs for me and they have done a great job. They are very honest and tell me the truth. They are very good and effective with their repairs. They are very nice people. Their prices are very reasonable and they give me quality service. They are very responsive, punctual and professional. I will continue to use them.
