The ICS folks clearly wanted to have a satisfied customer.  Everyone was nice to work with and patient with client questions.  Unfortunately, a number of things (including a countertop, large mirror, crown molding, and toilet tank lid) were damaged during the project.  Although ICS took responsibility for repairing or replacing most of the damaged items, the damage should not have occurred in the first place.  In addition, communications between project managers and workers were not always complete; workers sometimes arrived without knowing what they were supposed to do that day.  Also, some days no one came to work on our project (other than days when they were waiting for supplies to arrive) or worked only a few hours.  (On several days, on the other hand, the workers were here past 5:00 in order to finish that day's particular task.)   In my opinion, the project took much longer to complete than it should have, in part because of the need to repair damage and the scheduling gaps.  Overall, ICS seemed to have the right idea in terms of fostering a positive client relationship, but the project execution was not smooth.

Have had an open 25x14 patio for many years, there are also many trees in our backyard.  Over time these trees continued to degrade the patio, so after waiting for many years decided to cover the patio.  We have used Integrity before on our bathroom remodel (total remodel) and knew that the work these guys do is quality and they have great follow up and are fair.  They are also very good at recommending things which I or my wife would not have thought of - the same can be said about the patio.  It has turned our great and all work was done expeditiously and with care that it will last.

I give this company a 'F' because they are not taking responsibility for damaging my Kohler cast iron tub. The owner's response is that he is not taking any responsibility for his workers causing damage to my Kohler cast iron tub and that the chips are "hardly visible"

Kohler set me up w/ their representative to look at the tub.and the outcome is that a heavy tool was dropped more than once on the surface causing 4 chips to the surface. Kohler has voided their warranty due to the damage caused by the workers. I paid a premium for the bathroom remodel and I am asking the company to repair and compensate me for the damaged tub that will no longer have a warranty due to the damage even if repaired. They did not finish all the work in the contract and stopped working when I brought the damage of the tub to their attention.

Jonathon Sprinkle the owner thinks that the customer must accept damages done by his workers and a voided warranty on their expensive fixtures. This is not how a professional business is run especially when all your advertisement states that you focus on quality, perfection, customer satisfaction and are insured.
Response from Integrity Constructive Solutions LLC

"This is what I have already stated to this customer through the BBB, which the BBB even noted to be a good faith response and closed the complaint. I am not saying that our workers did or did not damage the tub. My point is that she is completely saying that they did with no actual proof and the word of the tub manufacturer, who obviously will state it's not from them. That said, I have already told the customer I would assume the responsibility far enough that I would tear out the tub and all necessary work to do so and install a new tub and reinstall everything to removed to do the repair. I will not however just hand the customer money. The customer does not want us to warranty our own work and would prefer an unrealistic amount of cash to cover paying someone else in the future, should in the unlikely case, the tub actually need to be replaced after a tub repair, not replacement. We believe and work with Integrity to the fullest extent we can and have tried to be as accommodating as we can be under the circumstances."

Demolition began on January 20th as scheduled.  The stairway and walkways leading to the bathroom were protected and covered before the work began.  Workers showed up promptly and cleaned up around the area each day before leaving.  The project ran smoothly and we are very pleased with the quality of all the work that was done in this bathroom.  Work was completed on February 10th - a few days later than anticipated due to wintery weather delays.  Once again, we are very satisfied with the work done by ICS and will definitely call on them again for future home renovation projects.

Demolition began as scheduled on Nov 5th with protective coverings on stairs and walkway prior to starting the work.  Workers showed up every day and the project manager checked the progress of the project with phone calls and on site visits. Jonathon, the owner, even called midway to make sure we were pleased with the work being done.  Work in the bathroom was completed on Nov 27th - just in time to show off the room to our Thanksgiving guests.  The end result far exceeded our expectations and we contacted ICS again to renovate our 4th (and final) bathroom.

Work began as scheduled on August 27th.  We were impressed that all walkway areas to the rooms being worked on were protected and covered.  Demolition work was done quickly and all materials were hauled away immediately. Work on the upstairs master bathroom ran smoothly and on schedule.  Workers showed up daily (and even worked a few Saturdays), project manager checked out work being done every day and returned phone calls in a timely manner.  We were impressed with the quality of the workmanship in each phase of the project.  ICS has a crew of polite, hard working, and dedicated professionals who went out of their way to keep the client happy.  Being mindful of our son with special needs and his problem with noise, the workers made sure that all cuts to the tiles and moldings were made outside, kept doors closed when using drills and hammers, and even waited till my son was out of the house to use a loud saw.  After the master bathroom project was complete, work began on the five different areas of the first floor.  Once again all walkway areas were protected and covered and trash/demolition materials were hauled away immediately.  Workers painstakingly removed wallpaper from three different rooms and then textured and painted the walls.  Vinyl flooring was removed and replaced with tile flooring throughout.  (The tile looks so good, we will contract ICS to finish the rest of the first floor rooms with the same flooring after the holidays.) ICS's crew worked daily on the project and Tino, the project manager supervised the work being done every day.  We added extras to the original work contracted that were reasonably priced, and line items we decided not to do were immediately deducted from the balance due. Work was completed on October 11th with paint touchups and removal of the protective coverings from the walkways/work areas.  We were given a time frame of 4-5 weeks to complete both phases of the project and the work was finished in 6 weeks (due in part for delay in installing the frameless glass shower surround and wallpapering of eating area - both being done by other sub-contractors).  We give ICS an A+ rating and have already made arrangements for them to give us a quote to have another bathroom remodeled.

Jonathon was recommended by a co-worker who had been very happy with their work.  Unfortunately, that was not my experience.  They were very willing to work within my tight time frame & I appreciated that, but it didn't work out so well. They were scheduled to start the job on 7/5 & it was supposed to be a 2 day job, but stretched out to 7 days in the end.  The project manager came by that morning & said the guys would be there in 20 minutes.  They ended up being 5 hours late because another project manager told them to go to a different job.  I had taken off from work to be at home while they did the work.  The next day, the guy arrived 45 minutes later than he said he would be there and was without his helper.  He was able to lay a small section of the floor.  He wanted to come back the following day which was a Sunday.  I was fine with that, but again, he was an hour later than he said he would be.  All they got done was leveling the other half of the slab because they only got 1 bucket of glue instead of two.  By Monday, I needed to go back to work, so had no choice but to leave them to work in my house alone.  They finished laying the floors & said they'd re-attach the baseboards the next day (so now we were up to 5 days for a 2 day job).  Unfortunately, when I came home on Tuesday, the baseboards were re-attached, but no nail holes were filled in & the joints where they were matched up with existing baseboards (like at where the entry stepped down into the living room) were completely off & looked awful.  I had heard nothing from them that day, so didn't know if they considered the job finished or what.  After texting with the owner, he said they'd be back the next day (up to 6 days at this point).  The next day, the nails had been filled & the baseboards painted, but they had replaced two small sections & left very obvious seams because they new piece did not match the existing baseboards (which were only 2 years old).  Again, I heard nothing from the project manager or owner & thought they considered the job done.  I again texted the owner a picture and said it was not acceptable & they would need to replace the entire piece.  He agreed & said that was their plan, but no one had communicated with me.  At that point, I insisted on a day to let me cats out of the room they had been shut into for 6 days & told them to come back the next day.  On the 7th day, I came home early to meet them & inspect what they had done.  The project manager did not meet me at my house, only the two guys who did the work.  The two lengths that were replaced looked fine.  Because I am 8 months pregnant, I did not get down & crawl around on the floors to look at all of the work, but over the weekend, noticed that they had painted all kinds of dust into the baseboards (which were brand new 2 years prior) and there were sections where the paint was bubbled as well.  I waited to hear from the Project Manager or the Owner, since they knew I had been frustrated by many things on this job, but they never called.  Several days later, I received an emailed invoice, so I reached out to Jonathon, the owner & explained my dissatisfaction & that I wanted him to remove the price of the baseboards.  I was done having them in my house & would just have someone else replace the baseboards later.  I did agree to let the Project Manager come out and look at the problem.  When he did, he tried to talk me into letting them sand and repaint the baseboards (even though the original estimate said they would install new baseboards).  He told me this would take one day (which in my mind, I'm multiplying by 3 given how long everything took).  I was not interested in any further work by this company.  Jonathon was cooperative in adjusting my invoice by the price of the baseboard work & was very apologetic.  I am satisfied with this resolution.  Unfortunately, I will have to have more work done on the baseboards and I invested a lot of time & energy with these guys. The bamboo flooring installation looks beautiful, but the baseboards were a complete disaster.  I believe they have more work than they can handle right now & are not doing a good job juggling this or supervising the jobs.  Had they communicated better with me, I would have been a lot less frustrated.  I wouldn't use them again or recommend them...

Jonathon and his team did an excellent job with my deck and fence project!  I sourced the supplied from Viking Fence as they had the best prices in town for what I needed (cedar lumber, 4"x4" galvanized posts, etc.) - ICS performed all of the labor.
Jonathon and his team have a good understanding of my tastes/preferences and were able to leverage that in the design phase.  One thing that I really like about ICS is that I can change the scope after the project after it has started and they will adjust the price in a fair way.  I've worked with other vendors before that like to lock you in and charge ridiculous fees for any changes - ICS does not operate this way.
The fence and deck are pretty much a work of art - it's the first thing you see when you come into the backyard, the reaction is always "wow, this is cool!".
The ICS crew is a good group, they work well together and are always positive.  I have used ICS on a couple other projects and will continue to do so - these guys have earned my trust.  There are too many folks in this industry that focus on short term gain rather than a longer term relationship.  You want to have a trusted dentist, doctor, lawyer, and construction team (unless you rent of course).
I am happy to be a reference for ICS, if anyone would like to talk to me about my experience with Jonathon and his team please reach out to ICS to line-up the call.

Words can't express how happy I am with my Man Cave!  I work from home and was very particular in terms of what I was looking for, and the quality of work expected.  The owner - Jonathon Sprinkler - and I were aligned from the beginning, that's key to achieving a successful outcome.  Jonathon had a number of ideas that made a material impact in the finished product, he also helped me to think through the pros and cons of my wish list (very helpful).  Tino was the Project Manager and was very diligent - he did a good job of providing updates and would follow through on his commitments.  The team that worked on my MC was professional and focused!
No company gets everything right the first time, in the case of ICS I did not fret if any hiccups were encountered as I knew that they would make things right in the end ... which they always did.  ICS is now working on a fence around my vineyard as well as a deck for my Man Cave - I'll review that work separately once we get across the finish line (2-3 weeks from now).
I have recommended ICS to close friends and now I'm sharing the recommendation with the rest of the world.

The job went well and the only reason it was delayed was due to my actions in choosing a vanity to use for the remodel.  I initially intended to purchase one myself (as I work at a large home improvement center), but decided that I really didn't have the time and thought the contractor would get one sooner (I was wrong and should have known that since it was a custom built cabinet it would take 3 weeks, that's  not their fault, it was mine).  The demo and tiling work were done very quickly as was the electrical work.  The electrical work and the individual doing the work was very efficient and thought outside of the box.  Everything was good, the only thing that I did not like was finding mud and tile pieces in my driveway after the job was done, but I did point it out to Tino who was managing my job and he indicated that he wouldn't let this happen in the future.

All in all, this was a good remodel, we really are enjoying our Master Bath! Funny how changes can make it seem so different!  I'm pretty handy, but couldn't do this on my own, nor could I have come up with the ideas for how to lay out the tile.

We had a need for a major interior remodel of our kitchen area, as well as all flooring in our home, with the exception of the bedrooms. While we knew we needed the remodeling, we were not quite sure what we wanted the final product to look like. We spoke to several companies, but were sold on ICS due to their ability to give us ideas that we could envision.
ICS began the project the Monday after Thanksgiving with a target completion date of 12/21/12. We explained to them how firm we were on this date as we had tentatively agreed to hold a Christmas eve dinner at our house. We were told not to worry, but privately, due to the amount of work being done, we fully expected the project run over the completion date. We expected this not due to anything ICS had done, but due to us adding items to the original request.
While our house was in chaos for the month during the remodel, Jonathon, David and Tino made sure that all of our requests were met and that we were happy with the final outcome. A last minute fireplace mantle build by Jonathon showed what he and his company will go through to make the customer happy.
We have several other projects upcoming, and know that Jonathon and ICS will treat us fair and on time.

These people are frauds, plain and simple.  I will not waste my time on all the detail.
I had problems at every phase of  the job, with their work....and I would be told go with it, when I complained about anything... it will be fine in the end... I was told... and this was far from true.
They  show up to give an estimate and appear as if they know what they are doing, then when workmen show up, they are amateurs, semi-skilled labor that is not supervised, or does not speak English.
Oh, they are getting their experience for sure, and its at your expense...

Response from Integrity Constructive Solutions LLC

"We tried to work with Mr. T as much as we could even with his everchanging demands and requests to do the work his way, instead of the correct way. He interferred the entire length of the job and would degrade our men on a constant basis. We are not frauds by any stretch of the imagination as you can see by our other reviews and if you look at our website, austincustomremodeling.com, you can see even more and pictures of our work. Mr. T did not let us complete his job as he stated he had in the review and did not pay us to the point of work performed. If you look at his other reviews, you will see that he reviews everyone poorly. We wish him the best and we will move on and take it as a lesson learned to follow initial instincts."

My husband's boss referred them to us. They do everything. They actually had the best price. We had three other quotes for the electrical work and they were $1,200 less than our lowest quote. The quality of their work has been wonderful. They have been very responsive and punctual. They are professional. We just recently had some other work done by another contractor and these guys are going to tear out what they did because they gave us a better idea. We have three other rooms in the house that they are going to be doing over the next year.
