They were exceedingly high and actually wasn't even the problem that I had that they were saying I needed fixed. I took it to a different place to get a second opinion and it turned out to be altogether different. Even the problem that they were saying that I had was not what it was. They gave me the wrong advice and all that.

They did do work for me when my car broke down in the middle of interstate 35.

Couple members of their staff stayed out there because I had to wait  for a ride to pick me up and they stayed after their business hours so that someone would be there with me so I didn't just sit out in front of their  shop. They work was really, they did it fast. They were on target with the cost. 

I was very happy with their work.

It went great. They are a great group. They do not have the best price but everything else is excellent. They took the time to explain everything to me upfront and honestly in lay man's terms, unlike other shops. They did so with integrity. They didn't try to blow smoke in my face. I highly recommend them. I would absolutely use their services again.

I can't recommend these guys enough. Nathan and his crew at Auto One know me by name, even though I've only been in twice. The first time I needed my transmission fixed and they bent over backwards to get me in and out the same day. This time I need extensive work done and they've gone out of their way to help me. Their work is top-notch, their customer service is warm and personable, and I feel that I truly get a value for my money.

The engine light turned out to be an oil warning light, not a check engine light.  I was so relieved. They replaced the oil filter and changed the oil.  They also did their free check up test and I am glad they did. It turned out that my brakes pads were almost gone on both wheels.  I had noticed some kind of noise but I didn't hear it all the time.  I had the brakes repaired and the mechanics were able to complete the work and we didn't have to wait too long!  I was so thankful that I did not get on the road and have problems with the brakes.  I will be taking my car to Auto One on a regular basis now.  They were courteous and helpful.  They got us back on the road very quickly.  I am a very satisfied customer.
