"I am glad that I have a chance to respond to at least the 2nd negative review you have posted about your experience. You called in to get a phone consultation on Sunday April 28th, and after answering many questions and concerns that you had regarding your move, you decided to book with us. You provided your pick up and drop off addresses, as well as a date and time to have your move executed. We received a call from you the following day to confirm your move, because you had not yet received a confirmation email. We let you know that we were out of the office for most of the day attending a charity event, but would get it to you as soon as possible and verbally confirmed over the phone that your move was confirmed. You also sent in an email that afternoon (5:12 pm), which was responded to as well, confirming that we would get you the confirmation email as soon as possible. I sent a follow up email the next morning after sending the confirmation, to make sure you had received it. Later that morning we received a lead request that goes to multiple moving companies, with your contact information and I reached out to you again. At that point, you responded to my email "Yes I did receive it. I'm still thinking on it. What is my next step if I choose to hire you?". At that point we notified you that we would cancel the booked move. It didn't mean you couldn't schedule a move with us at a later time, we were just not going to hold a highly coveted morning reservation during a very busy time for our industry, since you were actively looking for other estimates and were non-committal on your reservation. All of our customers are important to us and because of that, we were not going to hold a reservation for someone who stated they were "still thinking on it". We wish you luck"
