I wish I could remember the lady's name-she was fabulous. The entire staff pampers you from the moment you call for an appointment until you walk out the door. They all make you feel very special. I am looking forward to my next trip and I am seriously considering making this my hair salon as well. If that service is equal to what I just had-definite change in the future. They cost a little more, but like the commercial says...sort of...it is and quot;worth itand quot;. Blessings to the staff at Breeze

Everything she did. I was very pleased.

I asked to get my hair cut with only a couple of inches being taken off. I have my hair trimmed their regularly but this time I was asking for a specific cut and I even brought in a photo to help convey the type of cut that I wanted. I had my hair cut the same way before but it had been about 2 years so I wanted to make sure the hair stylist new what I wanted. She seemed very confident in being able to give me what I wanted. At previous appointments we have always discussed that I NEVER want thinning shears used on my hair. My hair stylist has always remembered this and it hasn't been an issue until this appointment. When she was almost finished cutting my hair she suddenly stopped and said that an assistant would come and straighten my hair for me. The assistant did a good job, but I was confused as to why she would straighten my hair before the cut was complete. After the assistant was finished my hair stylist came back and pulled out the thinning shears and starting taking out tons of hair. The cut that I asked for needed the hair for extra volume anyway so I was really confused. She then ran her fingers through my hair and said and quot;ok, I'll see you next timeand quot;, never showing me the back of my hair with a mirror. At the time I didn't think anything of it because I see her so often for trims that I trusted her. When I got home my husband asked and quot;do you like itand quot; instead of his usual and quot;hey, nice haircutand quot;. I knew something was wrong so I ran to the bathroom and checked my hair. I basically had two different haircuts from the front versus the back. I decided to give it a couple days, wash and dry and style it myself just to make sure that it just wasn't the straightening job that made it look funny. After multiple people commenting on my hair but never complementing I knew it wasn't just in my head. I decided to go back to get my hair fixed, which I have never done before in my life until now. One of the lead stylists and quot;fixedand quot; my hair but I still didn't end up with the cut that I wanted and I had a total of 8 inches cut off, when I originally was only getting 2 maybe 3 inches taken off. I am still dealing with this bad cut and feel as though my money could have been used much more wisely.
I will never go back there again. I realized that I have been over paying to have someone cut a half of an inch off my hair every couple months. I will just pay a third of that elsewhere for my trims and find another high end salon when I need a specific cut.

I give them an A grade for everything. I really like them. The stylist who cuts my hair is named Chris.

The hair style was very messy! She requested an up-do and got a rat's nest! In 30 minutes, all the curls were gone and she had just frizz and flyways everywhere. It was the worst hairstyle I had ever seen. Her sister and I, non-professionals, took her hair down and re-styled her hair to the style she had requested. There were no fly-aways, no frizz, and her hair was still up when she got up the next morning.
I called the manager at Breeze as soon as the curls fell out and requested a refund. After numerous calls to various locations, I was told I would have a refund in 10 days. Many more calls were made, and 6 weeks later, I finally got my refund. Their prices are exorbitant and the quality of the work is deplorable.

Overall great service and products. The price at Breeze makes it less attractive from an overall standpoint - very pricey...

Not good.

Overall, the experience has been good. Most salons burn my hair with the hairdryer that is used to speed the drying process, but Breeze (any Aveda salon) does not do that. They wait for the hair to dry on its own, which I like.

They are really good and it is easy to get in.
