I called Todd because my washer developed a leak.  He came out and diagnosed the problem, but needed to order the parts.  He called me with the cost of the parts and as soon as he got them, he made an appointment to install them.  He is extremely prompt and accurate with his estimates.

We were having problems with our dryer and he came out and swept out the vent and fixed it. He didn't charge us for the cleaning. It was a very reasonable service and we spent $137. We had to replace the temperature gauge in the the dryer as well.

We were extremely pleased with the work performed by Todd to repair our dishwasher so I asked him to come back and clean our dryer vent.  He is very honest and reliable and I will definitely use AMS Appliance again.

Todd called to confirm that he was on his way. He arrived on time and went to work on cleaning the dryer duct and install a new door switch.

Todd gives advice freely and has never been wrong. He discusses options and looks out for the welfare of the customer. He cleans up after his work is completed, is courteous, and is very honest.

Everything went well.  He was in and out in about 15-20minutes.  Seemed a little pricey, but that's just my opinion.  I didn't shop around for price comparison I just wanted my dryer fixed.  He appeared honest enough and I have no reason to think anything less.  All in all -  the A rating is earned.
