+ -1 moreIt didn't. They offered a saturday 8am appointment. Then called at 11 to ask if I got the call from their repair tech at 9am. I was at the house until 10:15 am and did not receive a call. The guy asked if I still need a service, and I said yes, we can do 5pm on Saturday. he said he would call his technician to find out. I never heard back. But I did get an email saying I had an appointment scheduled for 9am on Monday. I cancelled of course. Gave them a C because I really have no idea if they perform quality work. I just won't try them again because their scheduling is not "all pro".
