I was sick when they were working, so I couldn't oversee them much. They had 5-6 people come in, and the supervisor, Jennifer was the only one that did a good job. They were packing boxes with a bunch of packing material, and then just putting one thing into the box, for example, they had a box that was loaded with packing material, and then had an empty shoe box in it, the same thing happened with another box, and it just had a lamp shade in it. I also had a collection of rare books, that ended up having a bunch of other stuff stacked on top of them in the back of the truck. So they were packing empty boxes with packing paper, and then taking the stuff that needed packed, like the books, and not packing them in boxes with protection. They were not careful, and I would not recommend them. They didn't even pack everything either, after they were done, my friend found some nice Lennox collectible plates under the sink. I did not ever place them in there, which seemed strange to me. At one point, as I was laying in bed, because I was sick, Jim Beck came in on the second day, and started packing up my room, waking me up, and throwing my jewelry, which is valuable jewelry, into a box, calling it costume jewelry. He also went into my closet, and started throwing my clothes into boxes, and not labeling any of them, and was just stacking boxes all the way up to the ceiling. The driver of the truck was not an honest man either, he also left 2 large metal struts from the back of the truck in my driveway. The worst part was he negotiated a separate price with me than he did with North American Van Lines, which resulted in his making more than he should have, he told me I had to pay him an extra $1,800.00. As far as the grading goes I gave them decent grades in price, responsiveness, and punctuality. Granted, the cost wasn't too bad, they did answer calls, and they were on time, the work itself was not good.
