Description of Work: They repaired a roof leak. The only thing I did not like was that they came to do the repair while I was not home. I asked for them to send me pictures and was told that they would but never did. I was never happy because even though I think they did what they said they would do. I would have liked to be present that way I would be sure.

Description of Work: I chose Final Touch Roofing after getting 5 estimates for the replacement of my roof. They were the only company that provided a package which included the information about the warranties, both labor and manufacturer, and included our color options for the new roof. All other companies simply provided an estimate, didn't indicate that we had other color options, and never took the time to follow-up after the original estimate. A simple follow-up call could have won another company the business as Final Touch Roofing was the last company I was referred to by my insurance agent (this job was not covered by insurance). The entire process was better than expected from the day of the initial call all the way until the job was completed. | |Ted Durrett was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, and exceeded my expectations. His crew showed up on time on the day the job was started, they were efficient, took the time to protect our plants/shrubs, and everything was cleaned up and put back the way they found it. | |I would highly recommend Final Touch Roofing for such an important job. Description of Work: Ted with Fianl Touch Roofing showed up as scheduled on 11/20 to view some roof repairs we need performed on our house. Spent time examining the roof areas in question and what their plan would be to repair them. At the end of the appointment he advised he wanted to have the person who would actually perform the work to come to the property and go over the work needed to be done. We agreed to schedule the next meeting after the Thanksgiving holiday. As agreed I contacted them on December 2nd and again on December 4th to schedule the next visit. I never received a return phone call.

+ -1 moreIt was just a great experience from beginning to end. When you spend $15,000 to fix your house, you want it to be easy and quick and to look GOOD. It did!
Description of Work: Replaced the entire roof along with replacing the decking that had rotted. In and out fast. Neat and clean and very respectful of my landscaping. Would recommend them to anyone who asked and probably those who didn't. Also used one of their people to finish out some rotted wood on doors and gables on roof. Went very well. I am very satisfied.

+ -1 moreWe called Final Touch to come out and give us a bid on fixing two roof leaks. The two gentlemen who came out were very professional and punctual. They climbed up on our second story four-year old roof, brought up a hose, and tested for leaks for about 20 minutes. They noticed one place where it could be leaking, and while I was talking to one gentleman in the yard, he had the guy on the roof apply some stuff around the place it was possibly leaking in one spot. It has never leaked from this area since then and we were not charged a dime. However, the bid for the second leak was quite high compared to competitors. Awesome work though maybe not the cheapest.
Description of Work: Had them come out for two roof leak estimates.

The job was performed and completed in the manner and time promised and, in addition, they inspected the rest of our roof and addressed other minor issues, such as tacking down loose shingles and metal drip guards, flashing, etc. I was most impressed by their thoroughness and attention to all details. Great job. Thank you.

The crew was very professional in setting up the work, completing the work, and cleaning up after the work. The final charge was within just a few dollars of the original estimate, as there were some things that were unseen until the shingles were removed. This was explained as a possibility before the work was started, came as no surprise, and was more than reasonable. I am more than satisfied with the look and quality of the work, and the work ethic and professionalism of those involved.

They moved from one phase to the next without effort. Never did you see anyone rush or stand still. It was very fluid and efficient. Just amazing. They finished the complete roof in 1 day including cleanup.

+ -1 morewe had multiple leaks in our roof and asked our insurance company for guidance. They recommended Final Touch roofing and a representative came to inspect the roof. He made an inspection and the prepared a report for our insurance company. The damage was low compared to our deductible and so we had our original roofer repair the leaks.
Description of Work: Insurance company asked them to check our roof for leak sources. Did not use them.

+ -1 moreFinal Touch Roofing worked with my insurance company really well. We had hurricane damage and we had 5 other roofers come out and no one wanted to deal with our insurance company, All State. John with Final Touch worked with All State and got the right person out for the inspection. The man that came out and did the inspection was with the All State Catastrophic Team and was very familiar with hurricane damage. My roof was 13 years old and the inspector knew we could not repair part of an old roof, which is what the insurance company originally wanted to do. John was instrumental in getting a new roof for us. John based the pricing on what the insurance company would allow.

+ -1 moreFinal Touch Roofing took my call quickly & stopped by to give an estimate. Their prices were high, but they were able to explain the warranties & the top grade of the shingles. The installation was scheduled as soon as the shingles were available & the roofers were on time. They knocked holes in the ceiling & did not put any flashing on the roof, so I had leaks that damaged the eaves & rotted the wood. They didn't honor the warranty & wouldn't take responsibility for their faulty workmanship. I had to hire another company to fix the leaks & replace the rotted wood, & I would never recommend this company to anyone.
