There is no cost. I bought a program with the car so I don't pay when I go there. It was the customer service lady that I had an issue with.Everything was great, it was so slow that day I wish I wouldn't have gone. It was on a Saturday so that could have been it. Just being there on a Saturday, I've gone other days and everything has been prompt and good.

Not well following communication Hi Shanna, Rough numbers: 12.6sq plus waste, starter, ridgecap total 15 squares. 15 sq x $275/sq = $4125 for a 25 year shingle 15 sq x $300/sq = $4500 for a laminated shingle. Plus $100/square of decking needed to be replaced. We don't do the installation. The skirting can be Bought at Home Depot. And easily installed by a handy man to save money. :) My reply It seems you are not interested and it would have been more of a professional response to say so Your quote for the roof is way out of line and to tell me go buy the material and find someone else daaaa I would have if I could that is why I reached out to you recommended by Angie's List I am 65 alone with no means of getting such work done without guidance and to have such a response was very disappointing

I had a terrible experience when I bought that car, but I bought it at a different Toyota dealership and I am never going back to that dealership. I have always had amazing customer service at the dealership here in Rockwall. They're a little expensive. They always do a great job. Even though you make an appointment, you don?t always get in there relatively quickly.?I started using them in 2009.

My wife has numerous medical problems and has had a 2011 Toyota Highlander for almost 5 years, and after looking at numerous SUVs on the market, decided she wanted a 2015 Highlander to replace it.  We chose Toyota of Rockwall because we have dealt with them and their service department for the last 4 years and have found them consistently helpful, responsive, fair, honest and reliable - everything you want in an automotive dealer's service department.  We found them to be the same way in our negotiations for the new auto sale.  Our salesman was Dale Calhoun and we could not possibly have wound up with a better, more helpful salesman.  There are few things I hate to do more than negotiate for an automobile, but Dale made it a pleasant process.  At one point we had a concern about whether the new, larger Highlander would fit in the garage of our new home, and Dale volunteered to drive the car over to our house so we could see if it fit in the garage (it did!  Tight fit, but it worked!).  I don't know too many car salesmen that would take that much effort to be helpful!  The Sales Manager who had final say on the deal finally came down in price by throwing in all the sales tax, licensing and title costs, and that sealed the deal.  The exact car we wanted was diverted from Houston and all the extra options we wanted were added.  It was in perfect condition when it arrived (with 1 mile on the odometer!)  All in all we could not be more pleased with a car dealership - not only in their upfront negotiations for the sale, but also in the servicing we know we will continue to get in the future (as we have in the past).  And as an additional benefit, this dealership is a totally GREEN operation - environmentally conscious!  They used recycled materials to build their dealership, and they use recycled rainwater to wash the vehicles.  And they did this before it became mainstream in our society!  This is a great dealership and I would recommend them to anyone, including our salesman, Dale.

provider tried to sell me two new power steering hoses for over $300. I had just checked the fluid and hoses within the past week and they were fine. Now one is leaking. Have to wonder if this was sabotaged. Also recommended that I replace my valve cover gasket. I told them I was glad they brought that to my attention. At my prior visit, they just installed a new valve cover gasket...and it still leaked! So I asked them to replace it again, which they did for no charge. They also recommended a new serpentine belt....noooooooo, not in need of that yet either. Also, I checked my tires after I left and they did not rotate them...I had marked them before my visit to check on this. Got 'em! I have noticed over the past 6 mos or so they have had a change in personnel. The guy that was my "service person" was not courteous. I had never seen this guy there before. I guess they are pulling people off the streets to work there. I had always had excellent service there until this past 6 mos to a year. If you have work recommended or done here, ask to see what they are talking about. I can only suspect their service revenues have not been up to management's goals, people quit, then the newbies are taking advantage of the customers...and very likely meeting their revenues.

I came to Toyota of Rockwall and had a great experience I bought a New Tundra with the 0% special that they had going on Tundra's I was helped by Deno Moore and he was absolutely amazing he was very knowledgeable on his product, he has been in the business 20 plus years so he was very upfront and honest which I appreciated.
I recommend this dealership and I defiantly recommend Deno Moore he was very friendly and awesome taught me so much about my new vehicle :-) Thank again guys! Great Customer Service!

Went well. They kept me for about an hour and a half or so on the first visit while it worked thrugh the queue to be diagnosed. Then, because they had to order the part, I went back for about an hour the next day. The job seems to have been done well.

On my last visit, they did a tune-up because I was having car trouble. When I went there under their canopy, a guy came out, shook my hand and invited me to his office. He made me sit down and asked me what kind of car trouble I had. They gave me a loaner car for the day at no charge. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

This was one of the most interesting and pleasurable automobile purchasing experiences I have had (over a very long period of time and many car purchases!). It started with getting an authorization number on-line with one of the area cost-cutting warehouses, who referred me to Toyota of Rockwall. The dealership itself is interesting - fully committed to being environmentally-friendly. All of their huge plate glass windows are made from recycled auto glass. All of their tiles and construction materials were recycled. They have 3 cisterns in back that collect rainwater, which is used to wash the cars they sell and service. They recently won a national award for their "green" efforts! The sales and financial people are warm, friendly and I really think honest. I do a lot of research when I buy a car and I go in armed with Consumer Reports purchasing numbers and Kelly Blue Book data, etc. I know what the new car costs the dealership and what my car is worth. Without me having to do much arguing, they offered me a deal that was very close to what I was going to press for, and they gave me a fair figure for my trade-in. And they threw in some extras free of charge! I got what I thought was a very fair deal, and went away with a feeling that I had spent the day with friends. We found we had a lot in common with many of the sales, service, and financial staff and we shared many enjoyable stories in the course of the negotiations. If you want to consider buying a Toyota product, I would definitely recommend you still do your homework before you go, but check out this Rockwall dealership - it is a step above the rest in fairness, honesty, and friendliness! Robert Barbour is their internet sales manager - tell him you want the Costco pricing!!
