Highly recommend Sunrise Plumbing. They arrived shortly after my call regarding a leak in the wall and promptly repaired it, keeping me informed of exactly what was wrong and steps taken to complete the repair. Jeff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Their prices are competitive to other plumbers in the area.

The first time we used their service, they had to reschedule. The technician was nice enough, but once we started using the plumbing we realized that it still wasn't fixed correctly. We bought the package to have our plumbing inspected for a year which included discounts, etc. I made an appt. for July 29. The technician was running behind. I didn't hesitate to reschedule to the following Monday, August 1. Tech was supposed to be here between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. At 1:30, no call, no communication, no tech. I called and the tech still wasn't going to be here today. Tried to speak to a manager in the dispatch department. Apparently they make their own hours, as at 2:00 on a Monday, they weren't available nor would one pick up the phone to call. I asked to speak to a billing manager, because at this point I can see that this company does not have the employees necessary to handle any of their customers needs, and I wanted a refund of the yearly package that we purchased. Guess what? They don't have a billing manager available either. So either someone is lying because they dropped the ball, or they just don't have anyone that can actually help you. Of course, I'm waiting for a call back. I expect my callback between 8:00 and 12:00pm of a completely different day than scheduled. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY FIND ADULTS AND EMPLOYEES TO ACTUALLY WORK THERE.

Zane and another gentleman did the project for me, and they did a great job. I certainly will call them again in the future.

Very good service. The tech came out, assessed the issue, and make the repairs all within a couple of hours.

Very happy with the service. They replaced the faucets and added connectors so if they leak again, they can be more easily replaced.

I was told there were no more leaks. I have not tried the shower yet, because the floor and part of each of the walls are still out of it.

He did some more work for me while he was there including installation of a garbage disposal. He was very polite, respectful, explained things well, and cleaned up after himself. I thought Tyler was one of the best plumber experiences I have had.

Scott was great, explained everything in detail and walked through all of our issues. He worked his tail off and helped us in an emergency, worked late and the entire next day. While I spent a bunch of money, I feel good about the expense and feel like Scott was very honest and trustworthy.

The technican came out did not do much, told us it should begin to work in 24 hours. It never started working had to contact another company

Andrew is the BEST! We were lucky to get him as our plumber. This is the second time this year we have had to call this company for a plumbing problem. The last time was for a different issue all together, and they were able to quickly resolve it. This time Andrew once again was able to quickly clear out the clog to both bathrooms. We highly recommend this company and if you are lucky enough to get Andrew as your plumber then you'll be just fine.

Both water closets in my renal home were not operating due to damage (sediment) from city water line break and needed them functional ASAP. Sunrise showed up within hours of my call, and completed the work quickly and professionally. Communication and interaction with everyone at Sunrise was great, from administration in the office to field personnel to upper management. After scheduling an appointment to help with my fireplace, the office notified me they cannot help. The receptionist I spoke to talked in circles. After using my fireplace for a full 24 hours due to no electricity and low temps, I noticed a small gap in my firebox and could see a flame behind the firebox. I turned everything off and the flame went away. But now I'm hesitant to use the fireplace till someone can look at it. First she told me I needed to call Atmos to turn off the gas. I had already called Atmos and they said if it were a gas leak then we'd be able to smell gas, which we don't. It's also not a loss of pressure because none of our other gas devices (stove, hot water heater) have had issues. And therefore they can't help us, call a plumber. Then she said the plumber cannot fix any gas lines behind the firebox, that I needed to call a fireplace repair store. Then when I told her I already spoke to them and they instructed me to call a plumber she told me that if there was a fire behind the firebox that I needed to call the fire department and they would take care of everything. I explained the fire isn't there anymore and I'm doubtful the fire department will fix my fireplace. She kept telling me that it was unsafe for her tech to come out if there's a gas leak and I had to have Atmos turn off the gas, but none of that matters because her tech won't look at gas lines behind the firebox. And round and round we went. It's my opinion that the person I spoke to is not a professional plumber and didn't understand my issue and assumed her tech would not be able to assist. Either way, it's too unsafe for her tech to come out, but I'm screwed.

Fixed toilet leak & replaced shut-off valves for both toilets. The plumber (Luke) was very professional, polite and kindly wore his mask the entire time.
