The service man was excellent and explained things as he went along … he put in some fixes that will prevent the problem from happening in the future

We were very happy with Baker Air. Called a competitor first (AS) and they gave an ridiculous estimate, twice as high as Baker and pressured that I had to make a decision because of low quantities. Baker was not high pressure, gave a great estimate and did the work quickly and professionally. Would use again and highly recommend!

Thanks to Luís it was great! He was very thorough and explained everything perfectly. I will definitely request him next time. I had less confidence in earlier technician, Kyle, who clearly did not check everything he should have. 1 1/2 year old units needed Freon, which I was disappointed with, but Luís was efficient and friendly. Very satisfied with the visit.

Technician was very professional and thorough. He has been the technician that has been here several times, so he knows our system. Baker AC did the initial installation of AC/heating system in our new build 7 years ago and we continue to use them for all service.

Very well, Baker representative notified me ahead of arriving to be sure I was at home. Diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue immediately. If that was all, it would be enough. But he also came back a few days later to verify that everything was still in order…..that is the kind of service that is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Baker AC and Heating. Not only are they thorough, they are very reasonably priced and stand behind their work. Luis is particularly good. He even swept up dust on the floor after changing a filter that was in need of replacement.

They are efficient, fair priced and knowledgeable! They found the best way to fix a problem without unnecessary costs. I am a realtor and the work they have done for my buyers and sellers has always been exceptional! The owner has come out and talked to my clients as well just to be sure they understood. He has also taken care of my personal home after needing to install a new AC Unit after the hurricane and his team made sure all was done correctly and on time. This is the first company I call !

I am truly impressed with the work that Baker Heating and Air completed at my home in Rockport, TX.  The Friday before Labor Day weekend our AC stopped working.  After calling several local AC companies, Baker Heating and Air was the only company that was able to make the repair that day.  They were at my home within 30 minutes of contacting them, as promised, to assess the AC unit.  After diagnosing the problem, I was given several options on how to address the situation.  Each option was laid out with pros or cons and I never once felt like I was being persuaded to go with the more expensive alternative.  The individual working on the repair was competent and knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained the situation thoroughly.  The cost for the repair was better than all other quotes we received and as promised the work was completed by the end of the day and the AC is working wonderfully.  I can't say enough good things about this company and I would definitely call them again for any AC work.  They saved our Labor Day weekend!

Nick and team arrived on time as scheduled.  He gave me the option of replacing the variable speed motor on my old system or going with a new Lennox system.  I went with the new system and the 10 year warranty.  System is great, price was very competitive.  I had recommended him before on a real estate listing I had, and the owner was very happy with the work.

I knew Nick from his work before starting his own company.  He is reliable and courteous, and the only A/C person I call these days. 

The serviceman looked into why my A/C was not keeping up in 90+ degree weather. He checked all of the questions I had and used his own background to explain more and check and check. Bottom line: the unit is undersized; he went through the benchmarks that brought him to that conclusion (HVAC unit and disturbution, electrical, room sizes etc). He is coming back this winter to C/O the heating unit which has been working even worse than the A/C since I bought the place in May of 2014.

Nick provided me with several options on fixing my A/C unit. He is very experienced....worked several years in the Austin area for a major repair company, but is just starting his business in the Rockport area. Since the part from Trane was going to be so expensive, I decided to get an entire new system, and went with a Lennox because of the good warranty being offered. Nick and his team arrived on time, were very careful while removing the system and installing the new. It was done on time, on budget, and I highly recommend Baker Heating and A/C.
